Ho soggiornato nell'appartamento di Carlos a L'Avana e l'ho trovato molto accogliente, situato in una zona deliziosa della città, perfetta per immergersi nell’atmosfera locale. Pur non essendo una struttura di recentissima costruzione, è comunque ben funzionante e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. Consigliato a chi cerca un'esperienza autentica e confortevole.

La casa si trova a Vedado, nel cuore de La Habana. A mio giudizio, posiIone splendida. La casa è esattamente come nelle foto. Dispone di 3 camere da letto ognuna con il suo bagno. Perfetta per una famiglia o anche per un gruppo di amici. La vera forza della casa è l’assistenza fornita da Muñeca e Martica!

Estube una estancia de 17 días con la familia la atención impecable. Personas encantadoras. La casa expectacular con todas las comodidades céntrica y con supermercados. Restaurantes. Cerca. Estoy muy agradecida por la atención del personal de la casa. Y la Dueña. Repite re otra ves. Todo muy limpio ordenado. Volveré con mucho gusto

Our family of 6 really enjoyed Marcos’ place. Location was safe and walkable to a park and a rocky beach. Home was lovely. His attention made our stay in Cuba much easier than I worried it would be. He offered us fresh meals and set us up with a driver for the duration of our trip. Thank you!

Due to heavy thunderstorms the WiFi went down on the first night, but you can’t control nature. I thought it was a blessing in disguise. We managed to enjoy the house so much more and each other’s company. The staff was amazing. The staff had coffee ready for us in the am before we could even request it. The pool is a very nice touch. The security guard at night helps give no second thoughts, even tho Havana is a very safe city. Would certainly go back. Enjoyed our entire stay!

Maravillosa estancia en una casa preciosa de arquitectura americana estilo años 50, renovada y bien mantenida, con todas las comodidades necesarias para hacer nuestra estancia agradable. El jardín es una belleza, y la terraza que da al mismo es perfecta para relajarse por la mañana tomando un café. Pequeña piscina privada con una iluminación nocturna muy bonita. Internet disponible desde 2 puntos WiFi que abarcan la casa completa. Desayunos totalmente recomendados, no sólo por la cantidad y la calidad, que es excepcional, sino también porque son preparados por Ana Ibis y Teresa con todo el cariño del mundo, cosa que como familia agradecimos mucho. Los dueños de la casa siempre disponibles para resolver cualquier mínimo problema que pudiera surgir durante la estancia. En general, incluso con las altas expectativas que ya teníamos por los comentarios, la experiencia ha sido inmejorable, y si volvemos a La Habana sin duda nos quedaremos aquí de nuevo. ¡Muchas gracias por todo!

Todo muy bien, muy tranquilo y con una vista inigualable, ideal para descansar y estar muy tranquilo, Mary y las personas que asisten muy amables y te ayudan a resolver todo, cuidando la privacidad y seguridad en todo momento, completamente recomendable.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful colonial apartment in Vedado - a quiet and charming neighborhood in Havana. The apartment is full of character and art, very clean, and incredibly comfortable. A steady breeze flowed through the space, keeping it naturally cool day and night. The location is excellent, with several nice restaurants and small local markets within walking distance. It felt both authentic and convenient. One of the highlights of our stay was our lovely neighbor, Raquel, who offers a delicious full breakfast in her suite next door. We truly enjoyed this warm and flavorful Cuban immersion - it added a special, personal touch to our experience. One important note for future travelers: Havana is currently experiencing daily power outages that can last 3 to 4 hours. It didn’t take away from our overall experience, but it’s helpful to be aware and plan accordingly. Highly recommend this lovely spot for a stay in Havana!

This is the best place we couldve stayed at, Joel and his family are gems. everyone is very friendly and helpful, whatever you need you can tell them and they will do it ASAP. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Havana.

El departamento y sus anfitriones superan las expectativas, un lugar muy lindo limpio ttanquilo y cerca de cualquier destino, osvaldo siempre nos oriento de manera perfecta lo cual hizo nuestro viaje muy grato es un alojamiento que se siente como un hogar y al cual se desea volver

The house was comfortable and they had water for us upon our arrival. They also helped us with getting around and were quick to respond. I definitely would recommend this place for others.

Nossa estadia foi excelente! Desde o início fomos recebido com muito carinho pela anfitriã Marta - uma pessoa muito amorosa, atenciosa e sempre disposta a ajudar com o que fosse preciso. Sua hospitalidade fez toda diferença na nossa experiência. A casa oferece uma vista incrível da cidade a partir da cobertura, onde pudemos assistir ao pôr do sol sobre o mar. A localização também é ótima, estavamos bem próximos à Praça da Revolução e ao Cemitério Cristóbal Colón, o que nos permitiu explorar o bairro a pé com tranquilidade. Recomendadíssimo! El apartamento está ubicado en el corazón del Vedado, la mejor zona de La Habana. Muy céntrico: se puede ir caminando a todas partes y el entorno además muy bonito y agradable; y a la vez un lugar seguro y tranquilo. Cerca de restaurantes, bares, clubs, mercados, tiendas, centros de interés histórico y cultural, y del malecón habanero. El apartamento está bien equipado con conexion internet wifi, cocina, lavadora, aire acindicionado, TV Smart TV Full HD con canales satelitales, Netflix, Youtube, etc... Y qué decir de Giraldo, un súper anfitrión de verdad. Muy simpático y presto a colaborar, me explicó cuestiones útiles, sugirió los mejores lugares y atracciones a pesar del poco tiempo que estuve, incluso puede hacer traslados con su carro en la ciudad, y desde o hacia el aeropuerto. Recomiendo 100% este alojamiento y volveré pronto sin dudas!

the location is great. close to many things to do and very walkable. Casa host were response and helpful. perfect for the price paid. air-condition is only in the bedroom and is great and temp down quickly. living room area has a ceiling fan that doesn't do much. only complaint is that the cell connection is little to none existing. you can at least pick it up every now and then, but step outside and no problems. Phone reception not a big issue since you just need to step outside and I was for the most part out and about. overall, I would stay again!

Mr Gonzalez apartment was exactly as described in the listing. It is a nice little apartment big enough for a couple. The view from the roof top is amazing and has a clear view of the ocean. The neighbor and her husband were amazing and are truly a benefit! The unit is in very close proximity to many restaurants on 1ra. You can walk to most of them. Mr Gonzalez and Roxana were both impecable hosts. Both of them were available at any time to assist. They even brought a microwave for us. This is truly a task to get one of these in Cuba because microwaves are not easy to find at all and it is quite the adventure to obtain one. They don’t just sell these at a local store where anyone can purchase one. I really appreciated that they did this and went above and beyond to make that happen. Mr Gonzalez is truly a great host even before I arrived his communication is impeccable and much appreciated. Thank you Mr Gonzalez for everything. I look forward to staying again!
