Apartment on the beach with amazing view

Amazing view towards Mar Menor and La Manga from the 4th floor, first line to the beach. When you walk out of the building you just have to walk a few meters before you reach the beach. The apartment has a double bed, two single beds and a bunk bed. Air conditioning is installed, and in addition each bedroom and living room has ceiling fans. At the kitchen the tap has a water filter, this way you do not have to buy water, you can drink the water from the tap. Apartment painted in January 25.

Amazing suite in a unique location when you can see both the sea and the lagoon. The balcony is reminiscent of a terrace in size, from where you will be accompanied by the most amazing sunsets in the reflection of the lagoon. Everything is furnished modernly, comfort at a high level.

Although it is at the end of the sleeve and it gets a little heavy going for the traffic, it's worth it. The area is very nice, quiet and with a good swim at the beach. The house is spectacular, very comfortable and with spectacular views. The balcony it has is 10. You have all the services nearby and some sensational chiringuitos. Also, the hosts are spectacular, very nice, and always respond to everything and fast. It is highly recommended!!!

The stay was magnificent. The views from the apartment are incredible, sitting on the balcony or in the armchair and watching the sunrise and the sea throughout the day is simply fantastic. The apartment has everything you need for comfort and all the details are covered. An amazing stay that I will repeat soon. Mercedes is always attentive and kind with any questions or requests. We had an amazing holiday in San Javier thanks to the fantastic villa and the support and comms offered by the team at Resort Hosts. From the point of booking through to departure, the team were extremely responsive and assisted with several queries. However, it is the app that the Resort Hosts provide which took the experience to another level! Nearly everything we needed to know and lots more we hadn't thought of was within and helped with our expectations before we even left home! All in all, an amazing experience and holiday!

This was a beautiful apartment. So central, it’s practically on the beach. There are loads of nice restaurants, ice cream shops and bakeries within a very short walking distance. In addition to multiple playgrounds nearby for the kids. The shared pool is perfect with sun chairs and umbrellas. It has a large shallow area which is great for kids. The apartment is exactly as described and in the pictures. The top sun roof has a lovely view and plenty of seating. The kitchen is spacious with all the equipment you could want. There was a beach umbrella in the apartment which was a nice touch for when we were going to the beach. The tv had plenty of channels and the bedrooms had very large wardrobes for storage. We would return in a heartbeat.
