I fell in love immediately. the space is incredible, plenty of room indoors & a magical balcony with unbelievable views. falling asleep and waking to the rhythm of the ocean...pure bliss. private setting, yet close to all that is needed. Natalie is a wonderful woman. kind and helpful from the start, and continues to be through your stay. you're in great hands.

El lugar es muy agradable y muy fácil de ubicar, la comunicación con la anfitriona fue excelente. Lo único que no me agrado al 100% fue que en las instrucciones de salida tu tienes que recoger toda la basura del lugar cuando se supone que pagas por tarifa de limpieza.

Great Location , Great Host & Great Vacation The pictures of this place do not do it justice . The view was amazing we saw whales , dolphins and flying fish from our balcony . We also saw fishermen hauling their nets and diving for oysters from there daily . Gene and Gwen were great hosts , they responded very quickly to our emails before and during our stay . Check in was a breeze with staff meeting us at the gate and helping us to our condo . A beautiful kitchen and living conditions made life easy . A short walk into town 10 mins tops . Access to inexpensive taxis . The beaches in this area are beautiful . Some great snorkeling beaches in this area and some bigger surfing beaches just a short drive away . The seafood in this area is amazing and authentic Mexican cuisine is everywhere . Our first stay at ViewPoint did not disappoint . Two weeks went by to quick and we are already looking forward to our next vacation .

This home was a perfect little getaway. The balcony was a dream come true and was prime location in San Augustinillo, you couldn't ask for any better. Efren was super responsive and so nice and does great tours!! Will 100% stay here again.

Lisbeth was a great host, very friendly and relaxed, eager to help and clean where ever she could! Room has a great bed and everything you need. I was skeptical of no aircon, but the fans were enough and the room stayed cool in the evening and I slept super well. The walk up is challenging but worth it for the amazing view of the oceans and sunsetting sky! Very quiet and private area and great bakery downstairs.

The space is great. It’s bright and spacious. It has windows on every wall so, there is always a fresh breeze. Harald and Ma Angeles are great hosts. Always willing to help you out. Views are lovely. Internet works pretty well. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. It’s around 15/20 min away from Zipolite. I’ve not seen mosquitoes! I’d rent it again.

No me esperaba tan magnífica ubicación y el precio es súper bueno, te da una vista hermosa por la mañana y se encuentra en el centro de todo. Recomendado y definitivamente regresaré

El lugar está perfecto, es una sola recámara con 2 camas, el anfitrión muy amable nos ayudó a llegar al lugar y en todo momento nos apoyó con lo solicitado.

We arrived last minute on the weekend in Zipolite and luckily found Paola’s place. It was the perfect tiny home for our stay. Close to the beach, but also the right distance to have some peaceful moments away from the music and parties.

And if you’re a fan of the real sounds of nature (yes, that means chickens!), you’ll feel right at home. Alex is an absolute gem of a host—super helpful, responsive, and clearly passionate about making guests feel welcome. Whether you need recommendations or just a friendly chat, she’s got you covered. I only wish I had stayed longer, but that just means I have to come back. Can’t wait for my next visit!

El luagr esta muy cerca de la playa, Reyna y Bolivar tuvieron muchas recomendaciones asi como atencion y hospitalidad hacia nosotros. Estuvieron al pendiente todo el tiempo y algo que me gusto bastante fue el hecho de poder estacionar el carro antes de hacer nuestro check in. El balcon esta perfecto para disfrutar la tarde. Definitivamente es una buena opcion para quedarse en el area

Increíble anfitrión, siempre muy atenta. Cuenta con todo lo necesario. Todo muy bonito y muy cómodo, sin duda regresaría!

La casa esta en una ubicación buenísima, el pueblo y su gente son muy agradables. No tuvimos internet el segundo día.

La ubicación del anuncio nos mandaba directamente a la playa, sin embargo, no fue difícil encontrar el lugar. No hay tiendas cerca, así que recomiendo llegar con todo lo que crean necesario. El lugar estaba muy limpio y la pareja que nos atendió fue muy amable y servicial en todo momento.

El hospedaje es cómodo y muy limpio, cerca de restaurantes y a unos pasos de la playa. Disfrutamos mucho de la estancia y pudimos descansar sin problema. Viajamos con una niña de 4 años y ella también disfrutó mucho el viaje.

We took a small group of friends to enjoy this beautiful location. The beautiful rustic outdoor kitchen overlooking the beach was awesome. And the ability to walk out of your room and be on the beach in 20 steps was a huge plus! We enjoyed nightly bonfires and the sound of the waves. We’ll probably book again in the future.

A nice place to stay if you want to be between Zipolite & Mazunte. Unfortunately there is no hot water. The hosts were so kind, we felt very looked after. They also had the sweetest dogs!
