Amazing apartment with an outstanding view of the beach. Very spacious and great for entertaining. Convenient location with many restaurants and shops in walking distance. The apartment was the entire floor which allowed for private elevator entrance. The host was very friendly, accommodating and quick to reply. The front desk was very friendly as well. The apartment had all necessary amenities and was well furnished.

This place is beautiful with an amazing view! The host was very helpful from the time I booked all the way until my last night. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to explore Lima/Mira Flores. Especially any visitors not from Peru as the location is safe and convenient.

The house was very nice, quiet place where you can rest and relax with the sound of the waves of the sea, we had a great time with the family and Mariana was very attentive at all times with the clear indications and recommendations of the place, she would definitely return.

Mrs. Maria is charming, the house is beautiful, cozy with all the amenities and facilities. A few blocks from San Bartolo Boulevard.

Her warm and friendly personality truly made us feel at home. A special shoutout to her mom, Sarah, who went above and beyond to ensure we were enjoying ourselves. She checked in regularly and made us feel so cared for during our stay. Both Jessica and Sarah created an atmosphere of genuine hospitality. Absolutely loved our stay in this gorgeous loft in Barranco, Lima. The hosts were truly amazing- so warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout. The loft itself is such a beautiful space, filled with character. It’s bright and airy, with so many windows and doors letting in natural light and fresh air- you really feel like you can breathe here. Whenever we needed anything, Matthais, dulce and Diego were always available to help out. The sleeping arrangement was also super cute, and the beds were incredibly comfortable - perfect for sinking into after a day of exploring. The whole place has an artsy charm to it that makes you feel inspired and at home at the same time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a stylish, peaceful stay in one of Lima’s most vibrant neighborhoods.

We stayed for a few nights in Michelle’s incredible unit. It’s an amazing location, a very home-y unit, and a great place to be for a few nights. Michelle is a very kind host, I’ll definitely be back again!

Waking up to that ocean view every morning was such a gift—absolutely breathtaking and the kind of peaceful you hope for on a trip. The neighborhood felt really safe and secure, which made the whole stay feel easy and relaxed. I loved having a private entrance—it gave me a sense of privacy and freedom that made it feel more like home. The in-unit laundry was clutch, especially for a longer stay—super convenient and made packing lighter a breeze. Location-wise, it doesn’t get much better. Just a short walk or quick Uber ride to Barranco, where I had incredible meals at namely Isolina and Canta Rana, and plenty of nearby cafes for great coffee and people-watching. The apartment was peaceful, stylish, and in the perfect spot to enjoy the ocean view without city noise. I’d absolutely stay here again.

Great spot in Barranco, situated between the main plaza of Barranco and Miraflores. Easy 15 minute walk to tons of restaurants around the plaza in Barranco, less than 10 minute walk to the coast. Great spot, would definitely stay again.

Fantastic stay! Beautiful part of Lima, and a close walk to everything. Julio was a wonderful host, and couldn’t recommend staying here more.

If you are wanting a very convenient and Excellent location that is Safe, walkable, ect, I would highly recommend Patty’s apartment. The apartment has a great rooftop, excellent amenities, great staff, clean, and overall a great apartment. The host Patty is super friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes well and is super responsive to any needs or concerns you might have!! Again, I would highly recommend this apartment if you are staying in Barancco! This apartment really made my Lima trip so much better!

Great apartment just close to Park Kennedy and right in the centre of Miraflores. Good size, and all the amenities you need for a week or so. Nice cafes and restaurants close by too. Would recommend! Thanks Cecilia!
