It has 600m2 of wooded land and is fenced with fabric. UTE service is charged separately with meter reading data 20 minutes from Colonia, 2 hours from Montevideo and 3km from Route No. 1. By coordinating the schedule, it is possible to transfer from Ruta, at no cost.

It is a 2-story house, very comfortable, bright, clean and functional, just 3 blocks from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms with full beds and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. It has a completely new bathroom downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. This is a property to enjoy. It has a children's corner, trampoline, soccer goal, basketball hoop, and hammocks. We go with our young children and are HAPPY there. We hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do.

De Morada Relaxation Cabin / The Dream

It is a great place to relax and unwind. Insert into the protected forest of El Ensueño (Cologne), 1 and a half blocks from the beach. We take care of all the details for you to enjoy your time. The master bedroom features an old bathtub, a relic that was part of the Salvo Palace, ideal for soaking and relaxing baths. We have a large park (not fenced) to enjoy the forest. Santa Casa, barrio histórico

Meters from the Basilica of the Blessed Sacrament and close to the coast, there are buildings from different historical periods on the property, including vestiges of the first hospital in the old city, which is why we have called it Santa Casa (hospital in Portuguese). The apartment overlooks a central colonial courtyard and consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette.
