This Beachfront property consists of TWO individually furnished apartments (duplex) each unit has two bedrooms, one bathroom on over (1) acre directly on the BEACH! Relax in one of the hammocks and rejuvenate while listening to the soothing sounds of the ocean and breathe in the fresh salt water air. Your group will fall in love with the privacy, serenity and peacefulness that our property offers. We are located on the Anasco Bay. Our Beach is swimmable and you can workout or walk for miles

Entire upstairs level (1722sqft.) of a renovated house with private entrance. 4 Bedrooms (2 are en-suites) with 3 bathrooms total, large open living, dining, kitchen area. Peakaboo ocean views. One block from Tres Hermanos Beach entrance where you can walk for miles in each direction on beautiful sandy beach. Short drive, less than 5 minutes to Rincon. We have air conditioning in all bedrooms but not in the living area. There are ceiling fans and ocean breezes throughout.

Modern industrial designed spacious studio apartment with private entrance, 2 blocks from the entrance to the beach that includes a full kitchen. There is also an outside shared covered patio space with a gas grill and patio furniture. Unit includes use of beach chairs, coolers and many other beach going necessities.

A cozy sleeping area is presented with a spacious bed dressed in soft green linens and adorned with decorative pillows. Warm string lights and greenery enhance the ambiance, while a tray holds neatly rolled towels on the side. Natural light filters in through partially covered windows.
