Excellent private house with air conditioning throughout the house, it also has a pool and concierge, ideal for disconnecting and sharing with family and friends. The closest beach is Playa Guacuco, it is 1.8 km away (5 minutes by car). The Sambil Shopping Center which is 10 min away. It is a perfect area to quickly get to the beautiful beaches Guacuco, El Agua, Parguito. Private parking. We do not rent the house to groups of young people out of respect for our neighbors.

Maria was an excellent host. Your place surprised us for good, because the photos don't do it justice, we really would have loved to stay even longer if we could. The common areas are great, ideal for kids and adults. The internet had excellent connectivity and speed. We have good water service all the time, and the air conditioning maintained a comfortable temperature all the time. It's just a place we'll go back to.

100% recommended! The view is beautiful and the terrace is the perfect place, the hammock and furniture make it the best place to relax. The apartment is super clean, in a good location and the pool is super cool. Mrs. Maria is too attentive and you feel very safe. I would come back 1000 times

The first thing was to thank our host who received us very cordially and was attentive to our needs. A beautiful apartment, very comfortable and comfortable in a super well maintained and safe condominium. It has a beautiful terrace from where you can see the sea to enjoy early in the morning and at sunset...my favorite part!!. Fully equipped with everything you may need. Air conditioning in the living room and every bedroom. TV in living room and master bedroom. Good mattresses and lingerie. The divine beach...if you don't know it, it's very good for children because it's not deep and although it has good waves, they're not strong. Really highly recommended. We hope to be back soon!!
