Bonito apartamento en el Mar Menor en Lo Pagan (San Pedro del Pinatar), céntrico , a 150mtrs de la Playa de La Curva, (la mejor playa de la zona) con todos los servicios y los mejores restaurantes en un radio de 500 mtrs. El apartamento consta de un amplio dormitorio, baño y un amplio salón-cocina con todos los electrodomésticos. Zona estratégicamente situada para no tener que coger el coche y poder ir andando a todos los sitios. Se aplicara un recargo de 30€ por entrar a partir de las 22:00h

Apartment on the beach with amazing view

Amazing view towards Mar Menor and La Manga from the 4th floor, first line to the beach. When you walk out of the building you just have to walk a few meters before you reach the beach. The apartment has a double bed, two single beds and a bunk bed. Air conditioning is installed, and in addition each bedroom and living room has ceiling fans. At the kitchen the tap has a water filter, this way you do not have to buy water, you can drink the water from the tap. Apartment painted in January 25.

Primer piso con wifi, sin ascensor, pero fácil de subir, en primera línea del Mar , con orientación a mediodía y un precioso balcón, donde pueden sentarse y tomar el sol que luce todo el día. No hace falta el coche , cerca tienen todos lo servicios necesarios y abiertos durante todo el año. Ideal para pasar el invierno con sol todo el día y en verano con fresquito por las corrientes que se forman.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Rafal sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist hervorragend gelegen – nur wenige Gehminuten vom wunderschönen Strand entfernt, den wir täglich genutzt haben. Besonders unsere Tochter hatte große Freude daran, jeden Tag im Meer zu baden. Auch die Einrichtung und Ausstattung der Wohnung haben uns sehr gefallen – es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Obwohl im Viertel aktuell einige Renovierungsarbeiten stattfinden, haben sie uns in keiner Weise beeinträchtigt. Am Wochenende war der Appartementkomplex etwas belebter als unter der Woche, aber insgesamt war es für uns angenehm ruhig. Insgesamt hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit und können die Unterkunft – vor allem wegen der tollen Lage, der guten Ausstattung und der Nähe zum Strand – auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
