A fabulous private villa that sits with the mountains behind and the sea to the front and just a five minute walk to Mojacar's beach, restaurants, bars and shops. The villa is light, airy, and stylish. Just 50 meters from the beach, a five-minute walk! A beautiful 60m2 apartment. It includes 2 spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.60x2m) and another duplex with two twin beds. 2 full bathrooms. Kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and fully equipped with kitchenware (No oven). Living room with TV with porch and direct access to a beautiful garden. Inner patio. WiFi, air conditioning in the living room and fans in all bedrooms. Parties are not allowed. Outdoor street parking.

Beautiful ocean views from every room including from the kitchen, spacious terraces(27m2) filled with flowers with stylish furnishings includes dining table. Air conditioning and ceiling fan in every room. Large closets and fully equipped kitchen. Very quiet area, great for families with kids 3 large swimming pools 3 for children and tennis court. Parking. 5 minutes from the beach and good and varied restaurants. In very good condition and careful decor.
