Recently renovated apartment. Spacious livingroom with open plan kitchen, large glass door opening up towards a large private terrace, 2 comfortable chairs on the woodendeck and 2 sunbeds provided. Each appartement has a private terrace. The appartement has a large bedroom with doublebed 160x200cm and ensuite bathroom, walk-inn shower, washbasin and toilet. AC sytem via conducts thru entire appartment. Fully equiped kitchen with microwave-oven-grill, fridge with freezer, 3 burner electric stove. The large sundeck around the pool with sunchairs, washingmachine close to the entrance of the room, shared with the other appartment on the plot. I live on the otherside of the room but will give guests full privacy, but if needed i m there to help out. The apartment has a big private terrace overlooking the valley and sea, below there is a huge sundeck and acces to the street where you can park easily and for free. This sundeck is where the pool is, which is shared, with the other tennants. Max 4 persons stay in the other place.
