Vacation rentals with beach access in Playa del Matorral

We had a lovely stay in Expeditos apartment, it was perfect for us. The views are stunning, we spent most if our time on the balcony when in the apartment. It's a modern apartment, in very good condition that was very clean & tidy. There are 4 cafe/restaurants close by along with a bakery & we can recommend them all.

We had a great stay. The apartment was sparkling clean and everything necessary was available. Our highlights: The location (you are not in the middle of the hustle and bustle and yet you can reach shops and restaurants in a few minutes by car, ideal for exploring the south of the island), the view (unobstructed view of the sea and spectacular sunrises - to be observed from the bed) and the unique care by Luca (everything was well organized, quickly accessible for concerns and extremely helpful). All in all, a wonderful place to stay, we would book again immediately.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment overlooking Playa Esmeralda. The location is perfect — just a pleasant walk to the beautiful beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sea every day. We really enjoyed our stay! It’s Right Next to the local beach, which enabled us to spend mostly of our holiday at the sea. The apartment itself is lovely, friendly, modern and pretty bright. It comes along with all necessary equipment. Bet is an amazing communicator and we felt right at home. 100% recommend this place :-)

Great stay at Laura and Monika's apartment. The apartment is beautifully decorated and very clean with a nice terrace. In the kitchen, no oven and only 2 hotplates for cooking. It was a little tight to say to make good meals.

Our stay at the place was beautiful! Accommodation is in a great location, the value for money is great and there were already precise instructions regarding the Airbnb in advance. We are very satisfied!

We had a great stay. The location of the space was perfect for us. Amazing views of the sea and the mountains, gigantic starry sky, and only 5 minutes to the surf spot. We also enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and BBQ on the view terrace.

We enjoyed it very much, the apartment is as described and has everything you need, even spices, oil, vinegar, sugar, tea, coffee and much more so that you can quickly cook something, Balcony very cozy with garden and pool view, and the sun terrace with whirlpool very nice to relax. We also wrote to Martin and always got a quick response. You have to have a car, but then the location is very good. In about 15 minutes' drive, you are in Corralejo. Booking here is highly recommended.

I can recommend staying here with a clear conscience. It was one of the best accommodations I've ever stayed in. The house was fully equipped, well-maintained, very clean and Adrian responded to all our inquiries. In the evenings, the village is empty of tourists and the balcony has a great view of the sunsets. Adrian fulfilled our wishes and our son got beach toys. A nice surprise was also a welcome gift on the table. The kitchen was fully equipped, although we only lacked a cutting board. There were only two defects that bothered us. The first are the ants living somewhere in the kitchen between the cabinets. All food must be kept in the refrigerator. And the second one is a poorly washing washing machine (maybe clogged with sand?). First of all, it did not rinse well and it was necessary to do an additional rinse cycle (i.e. a total of 5 rinses) so that the clothes were not covered in detergent. Secondly, it did not spin the water well and a bowl would be useful to move these wet things to the balcony without dripping them down the stairs.

Perfect location, right in the centre but peaceful and quiet. eat in or out, the choice is unbeatable because you have everything you need at the house and you're so close to great restaurants. Everything you need and a fantastic place. Host was great, before and during our stay, anything we asked, we got a very quick response. we will definitely come back, we had a fantastic holiday.

We had a fantastic stay at Teresa's lovely place and had a great holiday. This was in large part to the awesome accommodation and I can thoroughly recommend anyone to stay at Teresa's home. It was spacious, had everything we needed and was so close to all local amenities. However, once you turn off the main street, it was very peaceful. Juanfra was the perfect host: always attentive to anything we needed during our stay and taking care of every detail. From the moment we made the reservation, he contacted us to adapt to our needs and was available during our visit to Fuerteventura to help us with whatever we asked for. The cottage is very cozy and is just as shown in the photos. With a small terrace to enjoy the pool and barbecue. The bed is super comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to use it. The location is perfect, as it is in the capital, and in a neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle, very quiet, safe, without noise to be able to rest. You can park on the street. No problem. It is undoubtedly an accommodation that we would return to if we visited the island again and that we also recommend to any traveler who drops by the Majorerian lands.

Really beautiful house with modern decor. It is very quiet and with good views, unfortunately a bit hard to find but feasible. The house was super clean, is very well laid out and offers privacy due to the partitioned living areas and both bathrooms. We felt really comfortable.

we stayed for an week in this very cozy and very quiet airbnb. with a rental car you can reach everywhere on the island easily. very beautiful terrace and view. easy check in and check out, the host even granted us an late check out.

Lali’s villa is a jam in the beautiful area of Villaverde/La Oliva. High end design, comfort, impeccable cleaning, all the type of accessories and services included. We loved every minute spent in this place and would definitely go back there if we were ti return to Fuerteventura. Highlights of the villa: area centrally located but still not in the crowded/touristic area, the outdoor area with the view of the vulcano, the perfect separation of the rooms in the house give a lot of privacy to the different guests of the house. 10/10 for me!

We had a wonderful stay at José's apartment. The property itself and the location was perfect. You are right in the heart of the town but the apartment felt private and calm. The dawn views were spectacular from the seaview balcony. Easy access to the beaches was important to us but of course there is also plenty to see and do nearby. Or you can just sit on the balcony and watch the world go by. The pool area was also pristine and welcoming. Thank you for being a 5* host!

We have stayed many times now at Timea's apartment and it is perfect for our needs as a couple. It's very clean, tidy, comfortable and restful. Timea is a great and friendly host and responds well to any queries or issues we wish to raise. The location is close to the shops and beach and it is a short walk to the town centre as well. We have booked again for 2026.

The place of Cristina and Conrado was stunning! The apartment was a paradise and the only ugly thing is when you have to leave it! The location is great since is located in the middle of the eastern coast of the island. Very close also to super stores and the airport which of course can cause sometimes to hear the planes but is just a quick thing. Can only reccomend!

Everything was great! The communication was very informative, and the video made it easy to find the accommodation. The place was clean and the location was perfect for families – quiet, yet close to the beach, small shops, and restaurants in Costa Calma. The apartment is located up on a hill, so having a car is definitely necessary – but for us, it was perfect!

What a gem of an apartment! Right next to the beach but so private at the same time. The outside space is perfect and inside has all that you need. Super comfortable beds and the most beautiful bed linen. In a lovely resort with everything on your doorstep. The sunrises at the beach are spectacular. Definitely one to return to. I've been traveling with Airbnb for many years around the world and I can assure you I've never found such a complete place. Typical that you arrive at an Airbnb and you have dwe bought soap dishes, shampoo, garbage bags, etc., in Aina's apartment forget, they have everything, super clean and tidy place. Top-notch communication. If I wanted to put some negative aspect I should invent it as there is nothing negative in this place. If I return to Fuerteventura and my idea is to do the south part for sure I will return to Aina's house.
