Bars, restaurants and blue flag beaches all within walking distance from the property. The villa has AMAZING views of the sea, the mountains and Mojacar pueblo. The sofa bed will only be built when there is 9 or 10 adult guests in the house. Any other time the bed is requested there will be a charge.

Christine's place is fantastic, it fits perfectly to what we were looking for for a long family stay. Beachfront, quiet area, easy parking, with pool (which generally has very few users), spacious and comfortable apartment. With good restaurants around and also a drink area a few minutes away by car or walking if you like to walk. Christine is a great host, kind and lovely. Reserved for next year.

We were very comfortable at Antonio José's house, everything was very clean, it has a garden and a very nice terrace. They were very attentive with everything. The location is perfect for exploring Almería. We would repeat.

The stay was perfect, communication with Pedro was very easy, the apartment was perfect and the location was unbeatable.

Andrew was a very responsive and helpful host. The villa is actually much better than the pictures depict. It is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The outside space is superb, with great evening lighting, a range of seating that is very comfortable and provides plenty of sun and shade. Very nice clean pool and outdoor kitchen (although we did not use it). Very bright and spacious bedrooms, with great wardrobe space and plenty of hangars!!! The kitchen is well equipped for self catering. It was also helpful to have many kitchen basics there, oil, salt, spices, dishwasher tabs etc., Highly recommend it and would definitely visit again.

The apartment is great, 3 min from the beach approximately, everything very clean and also equipped with everything you need (even in the kitchen). Wieland is super friendly and punctual. I definitely recommend it.

An arched entrance gate frames a view of the beach and the sea beyond. The white fence, adorned with planters, leads to a sandy shore, where vibrant purple flowers add a pop of color against the backdrop of blue waters under a clear sky.

We had an amazing week in Mojacar. Sally was a great host & maintained good communication both before & during our visit. We were met on arrival & appreciated the warm welcome & well stocked kitchen/fridge! The apartment is clean & had everything we needed. We liked breakfast on the balcony & time at the pool, but our fave thing was going to the beach, just a 2 minute walk away. Mojacar has a great mix of pueblo & playa. The old town in the hills has a fairytale feel, steep alleyways & whitewashed buildings; we went during the August fiesta, lots going on in the Pueblo, we enjoyed soaking up the atmosphere! The Playa is a huge stretch of beach full of bars & restaurants with a great live music scene. We made good use of the bus which was convenient. Bus stop is at the end of the little street. Line 2 goes to Pueblo, Line 3 goes along the beach, buses are on time & every hour, only 1.20 Euros no matter where you’re heading. We didn’t want to leave & no doubt we’ll be returning!
