Villa located in peaceful surroundings however 5 minutes from Beaches, Bars and restaurants. “This is an absolutely beautiful 4 bedroom villa, located in a prime location in Mojacar Playa. Bars, restaurants and blue flag beaches all within walking distance from the property. The villa has AMAZING views of the sea, the mountains and Mojacar pueblo. The sofa bed will only be built when there is 9 or 10 adult guests in the house. Any other time the bed is requested there will be a charge.

The perfect place to relax and enjoy. The apartment is located on top of a hill and a 5-10 min walk from te beach and the boulevard with all restaurants and bars. The air bnb has a huge terrace (70m2) with a roofed dining area, lounge and a barbecue. The views are spectacular. You will live between the mountains with a fantastisch pool- and seaview. We've had a fantastic beach week. The great beach. I bought some rugs to save those sayas piritas q there is at the entrance to the water... and ya ! The house is a 2 minute walk away. The pool, the location, the tranquility, the sun ! :) Jesus was attentive to us from day one. Everything was perfect. The little ones and I loved these mini-vacations ! Thank you for leaving us your home !

Wonderful stay in Mojacar. Quiet and family-friendly development. The house is great, very clean and with everything you need. The beach was just a few meters from the house. The pool in the residential complex is fabulous. The kindness of the hosts is noteworthy, always willing to help and with a lot of detail. They made us feel right at home. Undoubtedly to be repeated.

Superb modern villa right by the golf club. Excellent base for cycling. Property Manager very helpful.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at La Campana. We were a girls trip of 12 people and the house was perfectly set up for a big group, it was above and beyond our expectations and we didn’t want to leave! Carmen was super helpful and welcoming, and very proactive in making sure we had all the information we needed. Couldn’t recommend more.
