Enjoy the view of this very central and newly renovated accommodation. Very well located in a resort. It is 2 minutes away from the beaches and the main avenue where there is a great pedestrian walk and bike path. There are restaurants, bars, and shops very close by less than 1 minute away. 1 minute bus stop and supermarkets. On the second floor, there is no elevator. Shower update (wider and higher quality) and mattress.

Basic price for 2 people in 1 bedroom!! We offer a completely renovated 2-bedroom apartment on the main street of Puerto del Carmen beach. You can relax wonderfully in the quiet complex and a community pool invites you to cool off. You'll find many restaurants and shops nearby. However, the apartment is wonderfully quiet because the bedrooms are in the back. Air conditioning is extra (€1 = 2h)
