Magnificent apartment in the La Costilla area, 100 meters from the beach and surrounded by bars, restaurants, pubs and supermarkets. The apartment is located in the center of Rota. This is a fully renovated apartment with a double bedroom and a 1.50 m sofa bed in the living room. The orientation is unbeatable, a step away from all the services and the windows overlook an outdoor garden which makes it very quiet at the same time. Maximum capacity of 2 adults and 2 children.

Nice beachfront apartment. It is newly arranged, with everything you need to spend a few days relaxing, feeling the sea breeze every morning.
