Monthly Rentals in Playa de Andrín

Traveling as a couple, Ramón, even without having met him, was very kind and willing to help with whatever was necessary. The house is as described, if you don't know the area yet... What are you waiting for?? I'm sure you'll love it, and Ramón's place is the ideal place to stay and get around the area. We'll be back for sure 😉

Ideal accommodation with all the comforts to spend a few days in an incredible environment, we were better than at home. And Jorge's tips were always very helpful. We had an amazing time. Thank you for everything.

We stayed in Llanes for a few days after touring Asturias and Aurea’s apartment was perfect. Very helpful instructions by phone message the day before arrival. Clean, tidy apartment that is larger than the photos appear. And good amenities- towels, t-towels, soap, shampoo, etc. Good wifi. Short walk to beaches, town centre, restaurants, shops etc. We were here in June so can’t comment on what would be like in peak heat of summer. Parking space very helpful; even in June you could tell parking in Llanes would be a challenge. Only negative is fairly poor soundproofing from other apartments in the block, but that was never an issue at nighttime re sleeping. Definitely recommended Aurea’s place for a couple’s break in Llanes.

The apartment was immaculate and just perfect as a base to explore this lovely area in Spain. Llanes is the nearest place for groceries, bars and restaurants, a short drive away or if you like walking about an hour or so. The Picos is about 30 min drive and worth the effort. Plenty of nice beaches if you are into that. Andrin beach is about 800m away and pretty. Good if you like surfing or body boarding but currents are strong. The only downside is that local bars in the village are not open except for the one near the beach. If you like hiking, the Camino passes through the village and there are plenty of local trails to explore. If you are looking for peace and quiet this is lovely spot.
