We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very comfortable for our family of six. Beautiful view, within walking distance to everything in Cabarete. Luis was very responsive and helpful if anything was needed. I highly recommend this condo. Looking forward to going back.

I would like to start with the pros: The house and pool were awesome and as described. We spent many hours by or in the pool. My kids loved it. the house was spacious and the kitchen had space to prepare food. The security in the neighborhood seemed quite good and the fence and gate around the house made everyone feel very safe. Our host was very easy to communicate with and she responded quickly. I would say however that we did have some issues with the toilets not filling back up and this lead to some less than desirable experiences. We mentioned the problem a few days in and unfortunately nothing was solved by the time we left. I don't know how easy or hard it is to get a plumber in so it might not have been the hosts fault. the showers are also not great. A few situations that we had asked for things that were missing or not working, or needed to be replaced and unfortunately the solutions never happened. Overall I liked the house and the host. I would recommend.

The place is very nice ,quiet and clean and feel like home. Amber is amazing help me out with all my questions and concerns about restaurant ,rivers and supermarkets since it was my first time renting Airbnb and I love it and will be back next year. Thank you amber for everything! Nancy collado's

Just recently, I visited Puerto Plata and stayed at Mary’s place. It was very cozy, and I loved the colors! The furniture and especially the bed was comfortable. It's within walking distance of the beach, which was a huge plus for me. It’s a cute pink house with a cozy vibe. I would definitely recommend this place. Breath taking views!! Comfortable place…. You can hear the sound of the ocean, big patio area… The views is amazing!! Communication with Janet was fast and easy, responsive. Wish we stayed longer.

We've stayed at this complex several times before so we knew what to expect, but first time to this unit. Thought we'd treat ourselves getting the front ocean front unit and we were not disappointed! Super clean, well equipped, wifi was reliable, mini splits in the bedrooms were great and kept us cool at night - we had the doors open all day making the most of that Cabarete breeze. Beds were comfy, towels were clean and soft, kitchen had everything we needed, freezer froze ice trays super fast - it was perfect! And the staff at the complex areaways super nice, some recognized us from previous visits which is always nice :-) We'll be back!

I will be honest the customer service was that of a 5 star resort!

From the beginning Donny and David were excellent communicators. Their place is beautiful. The location and the view are magical. If you’re lucky enough to stay at their condo you will know what I mean.

Excellent location and newly remodeled condo with restaurants across the beach road and a mini market a 3 minute walk. On arrival the bedroom air conditioning was not working. A message to the owners resulted in almost immediate reply and Maria arrived shortly after to check out the problem, next morning the entire unit was replaced. Another issue of a leak from the bedroom ceiling was addressed immediatley. I will absolutely stay here again as the owners give excellent service to their guests.

It is always like coming home again! Like every year we spent a very relaxing vacation in this beautiful complex with a new coat of paint - with all the amenities: spacious beautiful apartment, great pool in the tropical garden, close to the wonderful beach, good restaurants, mini market, golf club with gym - and not to forget with a very friendly and caring staff. Highly recommended!

This is the second time we've stayed at the villa. I love this house and it's location, it's literally the only house right on the beach. The back yard area is the perfect spot to entertain your group. Local stores inside Costambar have all of the essentials for your day to day needs and a taxi to Jumbos round trip is only $10. Make friends with the beach staff, they are great people and will make sure you have chairs in the shade all day. I had so much fun playing bocci ball with them and look forward to seeing them again next winter. We ate at many of the local restaurants but my favorite was Sol Mia the Italian resonant. The cook there is an absolute artist in the kitchen and they have a wood fire pizza oven that puts out some great pies. For me the most important thing about renting is location and this is the absolute best. Being on the ocean and having a beautiful pool make this villa one of the best. Lourdes is an excellent host, ask her anything and she will help you. Cheers!!!

This is my favorite place. The apartment is super clean and it is very nice equipped. The host is very professional and friendly, always willing to help with any eventually. The cleaning staff is very helpful. I loved my stay in this beautiful apartment and felt like I was at home. Thank you su much for letting me stay in one of your properties..

We had a wonderful stay . The place was beautiful with a great view . The beach and pool were both really nice , and the host was great . Everything was just as described - highly recommend!
