The building is located on the beach and has direct access to it, the condominium is on the fourth floor, it is a spacious 180 square meters newly remodeled located in the best area of Mazatlan and on the beach, 5 minutes from the best shopping center "Plaza Galerias", Walmart, Sam's, and very close to the Convention Center. Convenience stores and pharmacies walking and public transportation next door. A few steps away is a 4 km walker or bike path ( it goes all the way to the popular witch beaches)

We take special care in the hygiene and sanitization of our depa, it is also the best location in the city, you have the beach crossing the street, public transport, parks, restaurants and nightlife, all less than a 5 minute walk away. You will love my place because of the excellent accessibility, the exclusively family atmosphere, and the comfort of the bed. My accommodation is excellent for couples, business travelers, and especially families with children.

The apartment is located right at the heart of Playa Norte, an area buzzing with locals who enjoy sports in the open.
