You’ll love our place because of the beach location, the people, the ambiance, the outdoor space that includes a quite pool and kiddy pools, and the gated, secure neighborhood. This condo is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. A short walk down the beach to restaurants, surf area & other activities. Three days are given between each guest to allow for proper cleaning & sanitization. (SUPERVISE SMALL CHILDREN AT BALCONY/WINDOWS)

All needs covered in one space. Half-covered room with a barbecue and separate bathroom. Spaces and very spacious and illuminated rooms, each room has its minisplit, smart tv screen with cable and Netflix services. Rooms, living room, dining room and kitchen all have air conditioning as well as internet (Wifi) throughout the house. The location of the house is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from Malecon Beach and Golden Zone.

Amazing view of the peaceful ocean from the master bedroom, living room, dining room, and balcony. Enjoy the waves breaking in the sand or the flight of the pelicans at the water level. Direct access to the beach and swimming pools; meat grills, palapas, parking drawer, tennis courts. By regulation, six people are allowed maximum, without pets.

This is the perfect place if you have been to Mazatlan before and more so if you are bringing your car. 5 mins from the baseball stadium and 15 min walking to the beach. House has been recently renovated so all is in perfect order.
