QUINTA DE BARRANCO is a complex of 6 Duplexes, each with a particular style. Duplex 1 is a mini house with an oriental style, with decorations from my trips to India. It has a small living room with a kitchenette, a mezzanine bedroom and a bathroom. It has a beautiful Barranco-style window overlooking the street. The Quinta has a quiet terrace for community use, with tables to have coffee and enjoy the atmosphere. The laundry with washer and dryer is for community use.

Barranco, a unique tower with sea and park view

This apartment was one of the main reasons we stayed in Lima. It has the best view of the coastline and although it is in the heart of Barranco, you feel peace and can hear the sea at night. It's a unique 4-floor tower from the '70s, completely remodeled. It keeps Barranco's charm but has all you need to for a comfortable stay. Lots of light, amazing views, and an unbeatable location. You can walk to most of your must-see list or take a 15 min taxi.

We have been walking and enjoying Barranco (and Lima) for 30 years and have created this space with all our love.
