House vacation rentals in Playa Alicia

From the location to the accomodations, Martina's house is spectacular. It comfortably fit our family of 8 and served as the perfect backdrop to a memorable family vacation! We struggled to find the house at first, since we arrived at night in pouring rain and poor visibility, but Apolinar was incredibly responsive and guided us to where we needed to be. So grateful for him! The location is safe and secure, steps away from the beach, and central to kite surfing schools, delicious restaurants, and more. The house is very comfortable and welcoming, WiFi was strong, and kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with thoughtful touches. We felt right at home. We highly recommend booking Martina's place!

We experienced several relaxing days in Garden Villa. The villa provided more than enough space for our family to spread out and the pool was warm and comfortable the entire time. Will definitely book again next time we’re in DR.🏝️🤩

Cornelius is an excellent host! He knows how to make sure his guest are comfortable. He is responsive and communicates well. Whenever I had a question, Cornelius clearly answered it and gave good information. This was my second time staying there and I’m definitely coming back to stay there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Prior to booking Jonathan was helpful answering questions regarding accommodations. Upon arrival, he had onsite help make sure our needs were met from throughout the visit. Dinner reservations made for us nightly in VIP restaurants and were amazing. The birthday room decor I arranged for was perfect and I appreciated the unique flavor accommodation. One thing I wish was noted prior was that certain restaurants required long pants for males. Pants were provided by the restaurants but my husband and son would’ve preferred their own lol. We needed for nothing throughout our visit. Everything was perfect, clean, and we had more than we needed always. I must say our stay here has definitely raised the bar for future vacations and will be hard to top! While we don’t plan to visit any place twice, if we ever come to the Motherland again, we will definitely book with Jonathan…(if you’ve got a place like this elsewhere we’d love to book!)

Jaay was the best host I ever had in Airbnb. Our experience was SHOCKINGLY amazing. Great communication, It was everything I was expecting and more. The place was super clean and he gave us great place to check out and eat. I would recommend everyone to book from Jaay as your host. Wish we can give him a 10 ⭐️

Villa #4 was beautiful! It was extremely clean and very much so comfortable. It makes you feel right at home. The pool in the backyard was a perfect size for enjoying an out door pool experience. The host were very accommodating. I would definitely stay in Villa #4 again!

nice places clean and secure. only problem was that it was listed as a beach house but beach is about 10 minutes away. love the place great hosts l will stay again.

The house was lovely. A little hard to find but once there things like the pool and lush setting didn’t disappoint. Definitely don’t leave food out. There are bugs.

Great place for our weekend getaway. lots to do in a walkable distance. We drove to the central area and parking was not an issue.

We had a few Challenges with the property initially that were totally out of their control, but as soon as Marika was contacted her and her team immediately jumped on it! The 85 inch TV by the pool went out while doing our check in walk thru so they called a crew to come check it out and determined that it needed to be replaced immediately. There were some items needed in the kitchen that would help with the meals that I was planning on cooking during my stay so Carla came over with her note pad and pen and within 2 hours she was back with everything brand new from the store! One of the housekeeper’s Malta was amazing she had the Villa spotless all by herself. My friends and I go to the DR every 3 months but we normally rent a 10 bedroom villa not to far from there, but after this visit this will be my new home 🏡 away from home when I’m in the Dominican Republic 🇩🇴! Even with the TV not working by the Pool Marika, Carla, Daniel and his entire team was Amazing they made up for it 5

From when I booked months prior to checking in and checking out Bianca’s suggestions on the area and her attention to detail of my interests is what made my vacation for my wife and I. I cannot wait until I have a chance to return to her Loft. If you were to book a stay here I would suggest mapping a transportation plan as it was pricey (at least for me) to get around outside of the community and hit Sosua, Puerta Plata or Cabarete. Drivers Maximo and Anthony were also a highlight of ours because of their knowledge of the area and their humor. Would definitely recommend a stay here for sure!

Our stay at Gerson’s villa was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and comfortable. The property is even more beautiful in person !
