A 2 km del pueblo de Javea, a 4 km del golf La Sella, a 8 Km de Dénia, a 3 km del pueblo de Jesús pobre. A 15 minutos en coche de preciosas playas y calas. Se pueden hacer paseos maravillosos por el bosque Mediterraneo y encontrar preciosas vistas al valle. Muy cerca de restaurantes, supermercados, y la amplia oferta de ocio, senderismo, golf, playas, montaña y mercadillos típicos zona.

Piso muy luminoso recién renovado y con mucho encanto en el Casco Antiguo de Javea, con capacidad para cuatro personas y en una callesita muy tranquila. Sin cochera. El centro urbano es un punto de partida perfecto para explorar la ciudad. Museos, salas de exposiciones, cafés, restaurantes y paseo de compras, se encuentran a pocos metros y si os gusta realizar caminatas, a 1.500 mts. se encuentra el pintoresco puerto de Javea. Excelente apartamento totalmente reformado en planta 20 con vistas frontales exclusivas y maravillosas al mar!!! Tiene dos habitaciones y dos baños totalmente reformado y de lujo. En la vivienda caben hasta 6 personas dado que tiene tres camas y el sofá cama. Además tiene piscina y aparcamiento propio. La terraza es muy grande con 14 metros cuadrados estar en la misma es un verdadero lujo.
