From the living room you access the bathroom, the bedroom or the terrace. The bathroom has a washing machine, shower column, and hair dryer. The bedroom has a 1.80 m wide double bed, two bedside tables and a large closet with a mirrored door where the safe, iron and ironing board are located. "Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. Ideal for couples and families. Easy access to beaches in 2 minutes and the promenade in 15. Wi-Fi and private parking.
