This super 3 Bed holiday apartment has been totally refurbished! This second floor apartment is fully air-conditioned and newly tiled throughout with the lounge and dining areas decorated in a contemporary style. The dining table seats 6 people comfortably and the lounge has a large flat-screen TV. French doors lead out onto the generous balcony with furniture provided so you can relax and take in the magnificent views. The separate kitchen is finished in high-spec detail with integrated appliances including a double sink, 5 ring electric hob with touch control, extractor fan, built-in Bosch oven and fridge-freezer. The storage units are funky with soft close drawers. A coffee-maker, juicer, toaster, kettle etc are supplied as standard. A utility room overlooks the courtyard below and has a washing machine, double sink, iron and board. A few steps bring us to the next level. Bedroom one is cool and shady with two single beds, double wardrobes and new double-glazed windows. Bedroom two has two single beds and a sunny aspect with three double wardrobes so storage is not an issue. There is a furnished balcony overlooking the street below. The third bedroom is a large, bright double with a funky en-suite bathroom finished in duck-egg blue tiles with a large shower, toilet, bidet and vanity sink. There are two double wardrobes and sliding doors to the balcony. All the bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. Tienes dos opciones para llegar al apartamento desde el aeropuerto de Alicante: en coche o en transporte público. En coche: El trayecto en coche es el más rápido y cómodo. El apartamento está a solo 20 minutos del aeropuerto por la A-70. Puedes alquilar un coche en el aeropuerto o tomar un taxi por unos 45 €. En transporte público: El transporte público es la opción más económica, pero también la más lenta. El viaje dura aproximadamente una hora y media. Primero, debes tomar el bus C-6 desde el aeropuerto hasta la estación de Luceros. El bus sale cada 20 minutos y cuesta 3.85 € por persona. Luego, debes cambiar al tranvía L3 y bajarte en la parada de El Campello. El tranvía sale cada 30 minutos y cuesta 1.45 € por persona.
