Vacation rentals with beach access in Platja de Llevant

Mieszkanie położone bardzo blisko pięknej plaży, co jest największą zaletą tego miejsca! Mieszkanie przestronne i bardzo wygodne dla 5 osobowej rodziny. Dodatkowo coś co nas bardzo zaskoczyło, to przygotowane ręczniki plażowe dla każdego gościa, co bardzo ułatwiało nam plażowanie. Polecamy te miejsce!

Great little apartment, within a few minutes walk of the beach and restaurants. Hosts were responsive and helpful. Apartment was clean and looked just like the photos. Lovely touches like dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent available to use, as well as basic things needed for cooking (eg salt, pepper and oil).

The house is perfectly located. Just a short walk from the beach, shops, and public transport. It’s fully equipped with everything you might need, and the air conditioning was a real blessing during the heat. Manuel was responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay. I’d absolutely love to come back for another vacation! Muchas gracias!

Der Aufenthalt bei Cristina war super! Wir haben uns mit einem befreundeten Paar die Wohnung geteilt. Die Lage ist super - der Strand ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und die Straßenbahn ist direkt vor der Haustür. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Küche ist sehr gut mit vielen Utensilien ausgestattet, sodass man ohne Probleme selbst kochen kann. Man sieht es auf den Bildern nicht so gut aber von der Küche aus kommt man auch auf einen Balkon wo man Wäsche aufhängen kann. Wir haben zu Viert genügend Platz gehabt. Die Kommunikation mit Cristina war super, sie war immer erreichbar bei Fragen und hat schnell geantwortet. Wir sind am Ankunftstag erst sehr spät Abends angereist. Auch das war gar kein Problem, Cristinas Mann hat uns schon vor der Wohnung empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung auf jedenfall weiter und würden sie auch ein weiteres Mal buchen wenn wir wieder in Valencia sind. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Sehr sauber und gute Ausstattung, alles was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen, die Innenstadt ist etwas weiter entfernt, aber mit Metro oder Fahrrad kein Problem.

Carlos’ place was absolutely perfect! The attention to detail, the thoughtfulness throughout the space. I adored the entire aesthetic and you can tell he really put a lot of time into a perfectly curated relaxing space. He was thoughtful, friendly and very responsive host. Would absolutely stay here again and can’t wait to come back!

Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Unterkunft schön gestaltet. Alles notwendige vorhanden. Paterre "Wohnung". Parken kostenlos an der Straße möglich. Nicht weit vom Strand. Die Gegend ist auch ok. Gerne wieder. Hatten nichts zu beanstanden.

L'appartement est superbe, fidèle aux photos, même plus grand en réalité, le balcon pour le soleil du matin et la terrasse pour celui du soir... Que demander de plus... Pablo est très réactif

We had a great time at Santiago’s place! The house is right next to the beach with restaurants and bars nearby. You can easily take the bus or tram (or uber) to the city center. The house was spacious and comfortable for our group of 10. The pool was in perfect conditions and great place to refresh after a warm day. Everything needed to cook and clean the house was available. Santiago is also very responsive and friendly. We had some troubles connecting to the WiFi, but other than that everything else was perfect! Thank you for the great stay!

My family (3 young kids included) and I absolutely LOVED this place. It was super close to the beach and had everything we needed to cook, relax, and have a good time! The hosts were amazing and super nice. We felt truly at home. I HIGHLY recommend this home to anyone looking for a place in Valencia!

Mooi, brandschoon en op begane grond gelegen appartement. Locatie is top, je bent zo met openbaar vervoer in de stad, lopend naar het strand. Wij hadden voor ons verblijf een fiets gehuurd waardoor we heel mobiel waren en binnen 15 minuten in centrum waren. Milena is een gewedige host. Ze vindt het belangrijk dat de gasten het naar hun zin hebben. Er staat een schaal met allerlei lekkers klaar voor de gasten. Dit appartement is een aanrader.

The Design House was great, we had an amazing stay. Short walk from the beach and lots to do locally. Very near the bus stop to get you into Valanecia Central in about 30 mins. We very much enjoyed our stay. There is a big wheeled shopping bag to take to the beach and beach umberellas (and shopping). Balls for the kids to throw about. It was just an easy breezy place with no drama. Thanks everyone - we had a blast!

My wife and I travelled to Valencia for treatment at IVI and needed to extend our trip at short notice and were looking for a place to stay a short drive from the clinic. Paloma answered all of my questions immediately and the booking was sorted within minutes! For the next week this home became our refuge and Paloma’s support and kindness was immeasurable. We felt instantly at home here. The place was very well taken care of and full of character. As collectors ourselves, we were delighted by the antiques and art. It felt like a museum full of discovery. Paloma was super responsive, always very helpful and replied to all questions and requests immediately. She was accommodating and flexible and we couldn’t have asked for a better host. The location was beautiful, walkable in all directions with no shortage of activities. There was even a 5k running track starting at the flat and following along the bio park which was such a joy for me. As a woman, the area felt safe at all times.

Experiencia en el alojamiento fue perfecta. El lugar estaba impecable, tal como se mostraba en las fotos, muy limpio y cómodo. La ubicación es ideal. El anfitrión fue muy amable, nos recibió con recomendaciones locales. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo totalmente.

Jose’s place was comfortable and clean. Local places to shop, eat and drink. Bus stops literally around the corner, we used the buses every day to get everywhere no problem, 25 minutes to old town. The only negative we have is if you have had a long sightseeing day and you want to sleep past 8am, next door is a cafe/bar and they open their shutters at 8am and it starts getting a bit loud, unless your a really deep sleeper it won’t affect you.

Wir hatten leider nur 4 Tage Zeit, aber Valencia ist immer eine Reise wert. Eugenia war von Anfang an sehr hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation hat prima geklappt. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und hell, alles da was man braucht. Sogar Klappliegen und ein Sonnenschirm für den Strand, der etwa 10 Minuten entfernt ist. Die Matratzen sind super.

ABEL ha sido un anfitrión espectacular, desde mi llegada se ha comunicado conmigo y hemos estado en contacto cuando lo necesitaba, sin ninguna duda volvería a repetir lo aconsejo como persona, ubicación y al lado de la playa

Carla fue muy atenta y amable y nos dio una cálida bienvenida. El apartamento mejor aún que lo que se veía en las fotos, estaba decorado con muy buen gusto, impecablemente limpio y tenía todo los necesario. La zona es muy tranquila y bonita para relajarse y descansar cerca del mar. Super recomendable y esperamos poder repetir en cuanto podamos.

Juan est particulièrement accueillant, sympathique et attentionné. L’appartement est parfait : calme, avec une superbe vue dégagée, proche d’un immense parc, très bien équipé et très propre. La literie est très confortable. Tout était parfait, dans les moindres détails : café, boissons, lait, gâteaux, gel douche, shampoing, armoire à pharmacie, … Je ne peux que recommander chaleureusement Juan et je louerai son appartement à nouveau sans aucune hésitation. Un grand merci, tout était formidable.

John himself is such a lovely man, more than helpful and super responsive any time of day. The apartment is spacious and equip with what's needed for a self catering stay. The complex is brilliant and perfect for families, secure and safe with paddle courts, play area and pool etc. Only downside for us was the location, we'd have preferred to be closer to shops, bars and touristy attractions. However these were only a bus ride away and John was brilliant in advising us. Although unable to read Spanish we had no idea supermarkets and shops were closed on Sundays unless you go to central Valencia where the really touristy parts are😅 Overall lovely host, reasonable apartment and complex. Perfect for a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of a busy/loud touristy area.

Muy buena estancia en el apartamento de Roberto. Ha estado pendiente tanto él como su padre de todo lo que hemos necesitado. El apartamento está estupendo, con una playa bonita y tranquila cerca, el apartamento tiene unas vistas de la costa fenomenales

Mi estancia en este apartamento ha sido absolutamente perfecta. El lugar está impecablemente limpio, muy bien cuidado y decorado con mucho gusto. Todo funciona a la perfección y se nota que se han cuidado todos los detalles para que la experiencia sea cómoda y agradable. La comunicación con el anfitrión ha sido excelente en todo momento. Sin duda, repetiría sin pensarlo. ¡Un 10!

Schöne, herzige, gemütliche und saubere Wohnung mit Meersicht am Strand von Patacona mit diversen Restaurants. Die Wohnung war warm dekoriert und mit allem ausgestattet was es braucht. Emma war sehr freundlich und reaktionsschnell. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Danke für alles.
