The complex has a swimming pool, children's pool, heated indoor pool, paddle tennis court, playground, private parking and there is 24-hour security. This place is ideal for 2 people but also suitable for families with (small) children due to the double sofa bed in the living room. Casa Playa has been renovated with the latest comfortable facilities.There is air conditioning, underfloor heating in the bedroom and bathroom, walk-in shower, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and everything you need. The house. The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. Our nice and simple apartment of 72 m2 is located in a residential area on the outskirts of Denia, about 20 minutes drive from the town center. Close to the sea, several restaurants and 1 km from the supermarket, the location is amazing: less than 50 meters away there is Playa Les Deveses, a small, quiet and uncrowded beach. For 4 adults and 1 kid, here you will find everything you need for an unbeatable stay.

A terrace area is equipped with a dining table set for breakfast, featuring plates of food and beverages. Comfortable seating is arranged nearby, offering unobstructed views of the sea. The backdrop includes a calm ocean and palm trees swaying gently in the breeze.
