Stunning renovated apartment (completed March 2023) Location 500m from a beautiful sandy beach 4km from Dénia. The property is in a small development with communal pool. The apartment is excellently equipped with air conditioning cold/heat and is fully furnished for a holiday. There is private parking within the development. Close to many amenities that include numerous Bars, Restaraunts, a supermarket, petrol station, pharmacy, and regular bus route to Dénia that operates 12 months of the year.

An outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by lush greenery and palm trees, offering a refreshing blue water surface. Sun loungers and a small children's pool are visible, enhancing the relaxing atmosphere of the landscaped garden. The beach can be glimpsed in the background.

Bonito apartamento en Dénia. Baño recién reformado, a estrenar. Es muy luminoso y está en un primer piso. Tiene dos piscinas comunitarias, una de ellas espectacular, con dos toboganes y un chiringuito, tiene aparcamiento gratuito y zonas ajardinadas. Está muy cerquita de la playa, a unos 300m más o menos. En la zona encuentras de todo, restaurantes, bares, supermercados, y hay un autobús en la entrada de la urbanización que te lleva al centro de Dénia.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war von Anfang an absolut herausragend – wir haben stets sehr schnell Antworten bekommen und fühlten uns jederzeit bestens betreut. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die vielen hilfreichen Empfehlungen, die unseren gesamten Trip noch besser gemacht haben. Ein ganz besonderes Highlight war die Empfehlung von Carlos als Privatkoch: Er hat für uns ein fantastisches Dinner direkt in der Unterkunft zubereitet – ein kulinarisches Fest, das wir nie vergessen werden! Ein riesengroßes Kompliment an Carlos – und natürlich an die Gastgeber, die uns diesen unvergesslichen Abend ermöglicht haben. Wir würden diese Unterkunft (und Carlos!) uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gern wieder!

Hallo. Tolle Wohnung. Parken gestaltet sich manchmal etwas schwierig. Im Zweifel lieber win kleineres Auto wählen. Aber das ist ja grundsätzlich so in Spanien. Aber nicht schlimm. Toller Strand und tolles Meer! Bus fährt direkt vor der Tür. Damit kann man super nach Denia und wieder nach Hause. Eduard war immer bemüht Lösungen zu finden. Kommen gerne wieder.... Danke!
