Bryant is a great host, proactive, responsive, and clear! The place was great, open floor plan plenty of room and provided a paddle board and a float! I would definitely recommend to anyone!

My friends and I had a great time. Everything was great and had no issues. It was perfectly located and walkable to the London Bridge. The contact person was very friendly and very responsive. I would definitely recommend this place to stay, and would stay here again in the future.

I’ve lost count now on how many times I’ve stayed at Nicholas’s condos. I’ve actually tried to book for my last few visits (I travel to Havasu for work) and his places are normally booked. If you see it available, book it! You won’t be disappointed! Thank you Nicholas for another wonderful stay. It’s such a relief to have found such a wonderful and dependable stay in Havasu! Highly recommend to all!

Prime Location Condo

What an amazing and well kept place! Everything was nice and tidy upon arrival, very welcoming. Lots of great amenities such as soap, shampoo, LOVED the kitchen condiments, complimentary water, snacks, towel, too much to name! Everything we needed and more! WiFi worked great with provided password. Such a nice community as well! The boat and trailer parking is perfect for a weekend of fun. The co-host was fast to respond with any questions and was very nice. I would give this place 6 starts if I could. We definitely look forward to staying here again in the near future!

I absolutely loved it here! It was so clean and neat and cozy! This took me back to my 20s and how I wish I could do it all over! Would definitely do it all over again!

It was out of the way, but close to everything that we would need. The free laundry was nice. Everything was super clean. The pool and hot tub were really nice. We were able to use the grill with the borrowed tools. We had a beautiful honeymoon stay.

A well-appointed sleeping area features two spacious beds, each with coordinating decorative pillows and throws. A bedside table with a lamp is positioned between the beds. Art depicting southwestern motifs adorns the walls. Light wood flooring and a cozy bench complete the inviting ambiance.

For being the first time doing an air bnb, this was really nice staying here and being so convenient to the river where we were going for a last minute get away for Father’s Day weekend!

Beautiful place - loved the ground level golf course "backyard," pool was spotless and a plus and the decor was dreamy, close to many things to do! During our stay, a child accidently put a small hole in the wall after doing a summersault toward it - we let her know immediately so we could initiate repair and she was very gracious and understanding that things happen. She was also responsive throughout the stay.
