This beautifully renovated 672 sq ft upstairs one bedroom one bath condo features granite kitchen counters and is within walking distance to Rotary Park, the lake, London Bridge, golf course, and fun dining. Our condo sleeps four and offers a bedroom with a king bed and TV. The main living area offers a queen hide-a-bed. Newly renovated 4th floor condo in Kingsviews. Walk down stairs to the lake front & relax on the lake or take a stroll on the boardwalk that leads to the London Bridge and Rotary Park. The master bedroom features a King bed. Large balcony with patio set & BBQ. The condo is gated with garage parking for cars or trucks, and limited spots for boat parking in the gated parking area. There is a security guard! DO NOT park your boats on the beach past 11PM, or the city will tow it!.

A modern kitchen area is featured, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a light wood countertop. Dining chairs are arranged at the island, with a set table for two. The open living space offers natural light through large windows, with a view of the balcony.
