One bed house, on Marciac lake, quiet location, stunning views. Free and private parking, 2min walk. Outdoor terrace. Private, shared, heated swimming pool (June - September). Local boat restaurant, open all year round, can be accessed on foot in 5 mins, via the lakeside path. Only 8 min walk to Marciac centre, with shops and restaurants. Cultural activities including year round concerts at the Astrada, famous Marciac Jazz festival, local vineyards, and historic sites all within easy reach.

Beautiful well-equiped gite close to amenities

Aou Roques gite is located on the edge of a small village surrounded by farmland and with distant views of the Pyrenees. The small town of Plaisance is just five minutes by car with an two supermarkets, weekly street market and a range of shops, entertainment and amenities. The wine growing regions of Madiran and Saint Mont are a short distance away and the Pyrenees can be reached in just over an hour. The area is great for cycling and walking and renowned for its many festivals in summer.

On site, hiking or mountain biking trails, Water House (Adour natural site: guided walks, fishing spots), circus school and various festivities. Caves of Saint-Mont and Madirannais to visit. Where old meets new in perfect harmony. Everything you need for short or long stay vacation. Rural setting, close to the Adour River. In an area of natural beauty. This region of France is known as the gastronomic department. The vineyards are many. And they offer tastings. Local produce foie gras, Duck, Croustades to name a few. Our gite is in a small village it’s 5 kms from the town of Plaisance. And 15 kms from Marciac and the largest European Jazz festival.

Charming 30 m2 apartment with nice view!

Beautiful and peaceful apartment, amenities within a 5-minute walk. The apartment has a 180x200 bed on the upper floor and a 80x200 sofa/bed on the ground floor. Outdoor furniture is available outside. The residence has a swimming pool (July-August) and shaded parking. Although cleaning fees are applied, the apartment must be left in the same condition as when you arrived. Bed sheets are not provided, but we can make them available upon request.

The house is fully renovated, with 4 large bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms and there is a 5th Bedroom /Library with a Double Sofa Bed. The White Bedroom has a Kingsized Bed & a Single Sofa Bed. There is a grand salon with seating for 12 and a large dining table with seating for 12, a kitchen breakfast room, a Library/Bedroom 5 and cloakroom.

Between Landes and Gers, our independent 30 m² studio is located on a flowery and wooded plot. Not overlooked, it has its own entrance and free parking next to it. Quiet, the studio is perfectly suited for couples, solo travelers and business travelers. Very bright with its large bay window overlooking the garden and surrounding fields. We live there, which allows us to meet the needs of our guests.

Wonderful place to relax and enjoy the wonders of the Gers. We were there for the Marciac Jazz Festival, and Charlotte's house allowed us to rest around the pool or on the private terrace between 2 concerts. His kindness and accent did the rest. Thank you for this moment. We'll be back next year.

Nature, calm and serenity were at the rendezvous, in a place dedicated to the preservation of nature and bees, without superfluous. We also enjoyed the soft lighting, candles, the smell of wood, everything was perfect for us. The place lends itself to contemplation and self-care. The accommodation is spacious, the stone bathtub is just superb. The hives integrated into the yoga room provide an experience that is really worth experiencing. We will keep this address carefully for our next wellness getaways.
