If you walk to the right to the ocean there is a public restroom to use. also, restaurants and casino ball room is just 3 miles away. If you walk to the left to the ocean there is an amazing beach and a little less people where the kids can find crabs, play in the sand or just swim. There is not any restrooms on this side. Another Great place to visit that is a 15 min drive is down town Portsmouth, nh. lots to do there.

This location is amazing! Falling asleep and waking up to the waves were such a highlight. The apartment is perfect clean, quiet, and the same as the photos. Plus, it being pet friendly means your pup can enjoy the beach too. I will definitely be back to stay!

The place was very clean and well organized. Perfect location for walking to the boardwalk, resturant, and right across from the beach. Tom was a great host being proactive in getting us checked in with clear instructions. Definitely would recommend this location!

Zachary was very responsive and attentive to our needs which were very minimal. Very clean and well presented. Great location out of the midstream of chaos of the strip but close enough to get there. Walk to the beach short and can get a glimpse of the water from the room but would be better a floor or two up. Well furnished with all cooking supplies. Ice maker included which was a plus. Enjoyed our time. Wish we could have stayed longer!

This spot is the perfect location! Just steps away from the ocean and the beautiful boardwalk. At night we would see little bunnies in the yard. SO CUTE. It was such a lovely stay and the space was cozy and comforting. We I’ll definitely be back. :)

Was a wonderful place. Nice and clean. Very well equipped with more than you will need. Nice flowers around the property, a nice sand path to the beach surrounded by local nature. The host was very responsive and there were clear instructions inside. They were flexible when we had some changes in the number of guests. Was cozy and bright!!! We definitely want to return soon.

This was such a perfect, cozy, safe, and adorable stay for a woman traveling alone. I had to be in the area not just for Mother’s Day, but also because a family member was nearby in a hospital stay. On top of that I needed my little dog to stay with me. Being able to go into this little cabin meets apartment in a beautiful historic corner of New England was just right. I hope to stay again someday. It’s off the beaten path (good for me) but I found it in the dark without any problem by following the clear instructions sent to me. Thank you!

We had a great stay! The owners were very communicative and responded quickly. The boardwalk was a quick walk away (leas than 10 minutes). Parking was easy which is not always the case in Hampton! The house was clean, and the shower water pressure/temp was great. There is a nice little outdoor space in the back. I didn’t find it to be a problem, but there is definitely traffic noise. This was a comfortable place to stay for a reasonable price. I would definitely book again!
