Duplex with beautiful views of the port of Les Bas-Sablons and Dinard, in the front row for sunsets on Cap Frehel! With an area of 45 m2, completely renovated in 2019 with quality amenities. Nearby: Les Bas-Sablons beach, restaurants, shops, market. It's just a 10-minute walk along the seawall to reach the city walls. Beautiful walks around the Solidor Tower, the city of Aleth with views of Dinard, the port of Bas-Sablons.
