In an 18th-century farmhouse, with the sea just a stone's throw away (3 km), a lovely, practical, and poetic cottage on the site of a small organic farm (juices, jams, vinegars, and soaps). 3Bd, 3 en-suite bathrooms, a large living room, wood pellet heating, a south-facing garden, quiet, in the countryside. Our house has two bedrooms upstairs (one with a 180*200 bed and the other with two 90*200 beds, convertible to 180*200). On the ground floor, a living/dining room, a fitted kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet and all the essential amenities for a pleasant stay (sheets, towels, bathrobes etc...)

The house, located on a 1.1 hectare property, is located 1.5 km from the nearest beach, 2.5 km from a nautical base and village of Baden with its shops, golf and riding center. The pier for Île-aux-Moines is very close and new hiking or biking nearby.
