Small family house located in the countryside at the entrance of a hamlet. The bay windows give access to the terrace and the small private garden. The outdoor living room is sheltered under the courtyard. We live in the adjoining house, not overlooked, and share the entrance courtyard and its parking with the cottage. A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. You will be charmed by this old 18th century bread oven, completely restored for a stay in the heart of Pouldu where everything is done on foot: (in season) bakery, restaurants, bars, grocery store, all surrounded by six beaches, each as charming and different from each other.

Our gîte "Les Mouettes Qui Caquètent" (The Cackling Seagulls) is located near Kerfany beach and the GR34 coastal path. We welcome you year-round. You can book for a weekend, a short stay, or longer. The gîte is ideally designed for 2 people, but can accommodate a maximum of 4. The accommodation is located in the village of Clec'h Burtul in Kerfany-les-Pins. You will find peace and serenity here. The accommodation is well insulated for better thermal comfort in summer.

Quiet and sweetness of life, this is what you will find in our charming pentys dating from 1610, just renovated with traditional quality materials. Bright and offering beautiful volumes, this house is located close to the most beautiful coves of Moëlan-sur-Mer, including that of Kerfany at the mouth of the Bélon and that of Trénez facing the Île Perçée. Hikers will appreciate the passage of the customs trail (GR34) 400 m from the house through the moor.

Duplex studio located on the 3rd floor with terrace and sea view (mouth of the Aven and Belon rivers), you will only have to cross the road to reach Kerfany beach. Ideal for couples and 2 children max. Kayak rental, sailing school, playground, start of the GR34 trail on site. Shops 2 km away, close to Pont-Aven (city of painters), Concarneau (walled city) or Lorient (city of sailing). Non-smoking, no pets, access by stairs. Provide linens and towels.

Enjoy a pleasant stay with us between the countryside and the sea. The listing is located on the first floor of a house, with private access by an external staircase. It is dual-aspect with openings to the north, east and south. The ground floor is a garage, so you're the only tenants in the house. The accommodation is on the road between Moelan-sur-Mer and Kerfany, in a property where you will share the yard and part of the garden with us.

On a protected natural site of the Conservatoire du Littoral, by the sea and only 4km from a village. House in a very quiet property with private garden. A small Breton harbour and a coastal path, the GR34, can be reached by foot. Close to several beaches, ports and Quimperlé train station. A dog and a cat and a chicken walk in the garden. We do not accept other pets. The house is not suitable for small children under 8/10 years old.
