Beautiful apartment with fireplace on the beach

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of Villa Mariposa on the beach. A private parking space will be at your disposal in the private courtyard of the Villa as well as a beach cabin. The apartment consists of a living room with 2 windows overlooking the sea. This room is furnished with a fireplace in perfect working order, two linen benches from the Flamant brand, and a convertible sofa (excellent sleeping quality and easy opening). The Dining Room is furnished with a nice round table of the Flamant brand, with 6 armchairs, and has 2 windows with sea view, and is furnished with a convertible sofa. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, glass plates, oven, fridge and freezer, nespresso coffee maker (capsules provided). The room is furnished with a custom bed of 155 x 200 cm, led reading lights, and a TV screen on the wall. This room is furnished in a cocooning spirit. It has two windows with sea view. A nice marble bathroom, separate toilet, closets. Exceptional sea view. Unlimited high-speed WiFi, TV and vod access player. Connected radiators to allow you to adjust the temperature of the accommodation (smartphone application) before your arrival. My maid lives a few steps from the apartment A few meters from the sea, but also a stone's throw from the shops of the rue des bains, the fish market and excellent restaurants, this apartment enjoys an exceptional and popular location. This home was a beautiful destination in and of itself. Aurelie has curated and designed a truly magical space, and it was a pleasure to experience being in it. The home is in a somewhat remote area (which was an excellent change from our few days in Paris) but we loved the short drive into Honfleur and the proximity to Deauville and Trouville. We rented a car from the Deauville-Trouville train station and found that to be the easiest way to access the Normandy region. We ended up cooking dinner in the home, and the kitchen had all that we needed for a picture-perfect meal. Aurelie accommodated the very few small issues that arose, which I greatly appreciated. The home was spotlessly clean, and the beds were comfortable. Reading by the fire with my mother and sister in this lovely space was among the highlights of our time in France.

The accommodation is modern and stylishly furnished – we felt comfortable right away. Particularly noteworthy are the comfortable beds and the separate second bedroom, which provides additional comfort. The kitchen equipment is functional and perfectly sufficient for everyday life. The location is also great: Everything is within walking distance – whether shopping, restaurants or the beach. Clear recommendation!

Bright, pleasant apartment, in perfect condition and very well located. The sober colors are not chosen at random and reflect those of the region and the casino in particular. A reminder of the city's literary history with a mini-library. Nice background music on the day of our arrival in the local cafe. (But if you're looking for silence, the windows are new and insulating.) As a bonus, a baby seagull was taking its first steps on the roof opposite... A great weekend in Trouville-sur-mer!

We had a wonderful week in this property just outside of the town of Deauville. The house is located in a quiet suburban area with a Carrefour just a couple of minutes walk down the street which was very convenient. The large walled garden was great for the kids and the table tennis table, sun loungers, outdoor eating area, and table football all proved popular! The house itself is absolutely stunning - a beautiful traditional style timber framed building. The interior has a lot of exposed wood beams and very high quality furnishings. Everything that we needed was provided and we were very comfortable during our stay. The local town of Deauville has plenty going on including shops, bars, and restaurants. It's a pretty place with a harbour and some canals - lovely to be by the water. Between the house and Deauville is a wide sandy beach with stunning views along the coastline from Villers sur Mer to La Havre. Well worth a visit!
