New 71 m2 house, bright, located halfway between the village and the beach. The house consists of a large living room (living room-kitchen), a bathroom and 2 bedrooms (one with mezzanine). Brehec, studio a short walk to the beach

Small family resort ideally located to visit the coast, you are in the heart of the "cliff circuit" and close to Paimpol, Ile de Brehat, St Quay Portrieux and not far from the pink granite coast. This 20 m2 studio is located 50 meters from the beach and the GR 34 (customs trail) and 2 steps from restaurants. There is also a sailing school, a boat slipway and shops 8 minutes away by car.
