The pretty "Canadienne", very comfortable, is on the front line facing south towards the ocean. It is a wild and quiet place by the sea, on a plot of 2200 m2 planted with hundred-year-old pines overlooking the sea between Sainte-Marguerite-de-Pornichet and the village of Saint-Marc-sur-Mer (La Baule and Saint-Nazaire 10 minutes away). Whether in the living room, kitchen, shower or at the bottom of your bed, you will see the sea! A private staircase will take you to a pretty cove with very few people.

Beach 5 min walk, quality renovation

The location of the house is ideal for doing everything on foot: 5 min from the beach, 2 min from the market, and 15 from the train station if needed. Once your car is parked, it won't need to come out again. In the garden you will find an outdoor shower for when you return from the beach, as well as a terrace with garden furniture. Attachment points will allow you to secure your bikes. The interior renovation was tastefully done by our interior designer friend in collaboration with Lisa.

The Workshop

Small house renovated and enlarged in 2018 located halfway between the port and the Côte Sauvage (Port Lin Beach 500 m away). Warm layout with terrace and garden, sunny in the morning and shaded in the afternoon. Two bedrooms: the first (140 x 190 bed) and the second with 2 x 80 x 190 convertible into a double bed) a single bed can be added. As residents next to this house, we can easily help you by responding to your requests for information during your stay.
