Welcome to our beautiful apartment located in the dynamic Roquette district, in the heart of Paris's 11th arrondissement. Halfway between the iconic squares of République and Nation, our accommodation is a haven of peace, ideal for stays for families or groups of friends. It is far from the urban hustle and bustle and close to all amenities (bar, restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, metro...). Parking is available in the building for an additional fee.

We welcome you to this atypical 30 m2 apartment, located in our house but totally independent, close to Place de la Nation, Coulée Verte Renée Dumont, Zoo and Bois de Vincennes. On a typical Parisian street, very cute and very quiet (one-way, no cars parked), the apartment was completely refurbished in 2024. The location is ideal for being quiet in Paris while being close to the metro lines that lead to the most lively neighborhoods in Paris.

Located in one of the hippest parts of Paris, my well-equipped kitchen includes a 3m long dining table that seats up to 12 people. The apartment has many original features with a private terrace, bedroom with a double sofa bed, and an original small retro bathroom. While the kitchen is very well equipped all mother comforts are kept to a minimum.
