The property has an easier slope down to the water then most SML properties. If your the fitness type, the neighborhood is great for taking a nature filled walk, or use the private detached gym on the property. If your looking for fun, take 1 of the 6 kayaks, play a round of dual player free throw basketball, ping pong, or many of the other games at home. Need to relax, no problem, relax on the deck watching the sunset, sit around the firepit, or read a book sitting on the private beach.
