Netherwood - North Adams Guest House with Views

Stay at Netherwood in a classic New England carriage house converted into a guest house with modern amenities, including king beds and en suite bathrooms. Private with amazing views, yet readily accessible to local attractions. Price includes 1 king bedroom suite and exclusive use of the lounge and kitchenette. You can use 2 more suites for another $100 each per stay (for stays up to 2 weeks). Indicate the number of suites you will need (1, 2, or 3); you'll be charged for add'l suites later.

It is a light and bright residence located on a 20-acre horse farm with nature views out of each window. It is surrounded by miles of woods, great for hiking and cross country skiing. Located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, our home is 5min to Pontoosuc Lake and Lake Onota, 10min to Bousquet, 15min to Mt Greylock, 20min to Jiminy Peak and Tanglewood. Multiple grocery stores and shopping centers near by. Child/baby friendly, we have books, games, PingPong, foosball and a grand piano. Musicians are welcome!

The Yellow House

The Yellow House in the Berkshires is the perfect place for a getaway, just 2. 5 hours from NYC and 2 hours from Boston. This historic small town offers many activities including Jacob's Pillow, hiking trails, skiing, Mass MoCA, and The Clark Art Institute. It is close to Tanglewood in Lenox and the Norman Rockwell Museum in Stockbridge. Located steps away from The Stationery Factory, which houses a food market, gallery spaces, artisan shops, coffee shop, and the Shire Brewhouse & pub.

The Beer Diviner Brewery Apartment

The apartment is entire upstairs of back of our farm brewery & taproom. Open space includes living/dining/work space & bedroom; bathroom has small claw foot tub with shower. Queen-sized memory foam bed; twin day bed (extra twin mattress beneath). HD TV, wifi, private deck, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, hot tea kettle and k-cup coffeemaker. Complimentary pint of craft beer in taproom. Located in a private setting in a hollow in the Taconic Mountains.

Wildlife Lakeside Cottage; views/wildlife

Fully furnished and remodeled with new upgrades in Spring 2025 including a cathedral master bedroom suite with a full bath. Our private cottage is set on a peninsula at a cove where a trout stream enters the lake. Incredible amount of wildlife, especially all types of birds. The home has sunny views everywhere. Seasonal weeds do grow in the adjacent lake which can impact water activities, especially in the summer months. Sleeps 6. Ther are two full and one 1/2 baths.

Steps to MoCA private house + SAUNA!

Tucked away on a hilltop oasis above MoCA (3 minutes by walk) the whimsically restored house is part of a private estate. 10 min drive to Williams College & Clark. Steps to downtown & restaurants.
