Great place with a great view. Caretakers were great kapil ji especially. A must visit, great food, enjoyed every last second we spent there.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Neer Stays in Munsiyari, and it was an absolutely splendid experience. The property offers a magnificent view of the surrounding mountain ranges, making it an ideal spot for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility. It is perfectly located, adjacent to some of the best attractions, making it a convenient base for sightseeing. The host, Astha, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, always being available to provide support and assistance whenever needed. A special mention goes to Mr. Kapil Dev, the caretaker and chef, who not only welcomed us warmly at midnight but also served us some of the most delicious meals for the next two days. For anyone visiting Munsiyari and looking for a cozy, welcoming, and picturesque stay, Neer Stays is definitely the go-to place. I highly recommend it!!!!

An enchanting mountain experience! Following a pleasant drive from Delhi with stopovers in Binsar and Chaukori we reached quaint little village Sarmoli facing the whole splendour of Panchachuli. The warm welcome and graceful hospitality of the Thakur family left nothing wanting. A spacious homestay with comfortable nicely kept rooms, warm beddings for sub-zero temperatures at nigh, modern and clean bathrooms with hot shower, a cozy dining area, a vast roof top terrace and bone fires at night. Geeta, her brother Chandu, his wife Geeta, Aunties and Uncle-ji spoilt us utterly with delicious food (tastes nothing less than your Mom's in your best childhood memories!), most of the ingredients coming from their own garden, fresh fruits, warming chai with ginger and black pepper and home made bhang ki chutney (lovingly made - hard work! - on the grinding stone). Walking and hiking in the area is lovely with the constant backdrop of the snow capped peaks though be aware that some trails are steep and require good stamina (from us city coach potatoes). A visit to the Nanda Devi Temple is a must as the area has been very well designed and invites to just sit and rest under the sun, marvel at the mountain sights, listen to the mandir bell sounds in the wind and realize what a gift and treasure nature is. Our warmest thanks to the Thakur family for welcoming us into their home and we very much hope to be back. Much appreciation also for Yashpal's excellent coordination and thoughtful responsiveness!

Neer Home Stay in Munsiyari was a fantastic place to stay! The location was perfect, offering a breathtaking view of the Panchuli peaks—absolutely mesmerizing. Astha, the host, was incredibly soft-spoken and accommodating, even helping us with an early check-in. The caretakers, Kapil and Uma, were equally amazing—always helpful and welcoming, and their warm smiles made our stay even more pleasant. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Munsiyari!

They are excellent host helping and guiding at each step . The place is very cozy , clean and comfortable with a great view of the mountains . The cars takers are very caring and helpful . Dinner and breakfast were simple , home like and very delicious .

The place is beautiful and despite not seeing any of the mountains because of the hazy heat, we had a great time. Pawan’s cooking was amazing and the service was excellent. Our guide Kim was excellent with kids and we had a very lovely cultural walk. I wouid probably recommend trying to go just after the rains as that clears the view for the snow capped peaks or even heading up to zero point if it’s hazy as we still managed to get a sneak peak of the mountains from there. Also best beds and duvets and loved the dogs, children, lemons and baby goats:):)

We had a wonderful time staying at Mohan's place, it was much better than expected, the view up there is amazing, especially just for sitting there, having a meal and enjoying the sun. Mohan is such a great host and helped us in all possible ways. They have a great little restaurant offering all kinds of different food, both Indian and western style, and all of what we've tasted was amazing. I would definitely recommend this beautiful place to everyone who is considering visiting the area and would even wish to come back one day myself. Thank you Mohan!

Ideallic heaven is really a paradise . Starting from the trek downhill where you get spectacular view of the mountains and the clouds passing , next comes the welcome drink which was relishing and gave the beginning taste of their super 5star hospitality . The way Pawan bhaiya received us with a bright smile made us felt like home and the little cute kids there were the best company we had , not to forget a fur ball doggy Ghumroo who was very friendly. The food served was very delicious and on time. Pawan bhaiya was very helpful and took utmost care of our food needs. The walk around the village and the the people there felt like home . Didn't feel like leaving that place . But would definitely make a trip there soon with a longer stay . 😇

Wow! That’s one word which describes the location, host communications and response and the overall experience with the stay. This is a location, beyond comparison in all of Jageshwar. They’re situated right next to a hill view, and only walking distance from Dandeshwar and Jageshwar temple complex. Just outside, you can go tracking. The host is ready to help at every hour. And the staff is courteous and polite. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
