Lovely host and good location

The space is ideal for two people and delivers exactly what it promises. The bed is very soft, perfect for those who like the most cuddly mattress. The balcony is one of the great highlights: it has a beautiful view and is a delicious place to relax. Even though it is close to several bars and close to the Bela Vista Courtyard, the flat is surprisingly quiet, which ensured great nights of sleep. The location is great and the neighborhood conveys a lot of security. The building has extremely polite and caring gatekeepers, who have helped us with everything we need. There is a laundry room with washer and dried (paid aside), which was super useful in our stay. The kitchen has the basics necessary to do well in everyday life.

Probably the best option for staying in Santiago!! The apartment is impeccable, with a surprising view of the mountain range, it is spacious, extremely safe and very well located (literally next to a subway station and on one of the main avenues of the neighborhood). In addition, Po Wen was very helpful from the first contact and always made everything he could for our stay, even before check-in. I highly recommend it and I will definitely come back more often!

The place is exactly as shown in the photos. Very organized and cozy apartment, complete with furniture and kitchen items, which helps a lot, because we cooked food several days during our stay. We went with a 3-year-old, and the space was very good. Unfortunately, the neighborhood is not very busy, with empty streets and few dining and leisure options, but there are some mini-markets on the corner, which helps in an emergency. The Republica subway station is 2 blocks away, with easy access to the city's main points. The wine that Marco left as a courtesy was very good. I recommend the apartment.

Very nice stay, perfect place to disconnect, many panoramas around and very nice places to visit, the very well equipped cabin and the team that welcomed us very kind and concerned, the jets were incredible!

Teobaldo and his wife are excellent hosts 10/10. Everything was spectacular, they have a lot of games and entertainment in the place, also, the house has all the necessary amenities, it is an ideal place to rest from the city and be calm. The accommodation was very comfortable and very cozy. They left us firewood for the stove for cold nights. Thank you very much Teobaldo! We loved it, we'll be back another day. The view of Lake Aculeo (which has recovered) is beautiful. The place was very clean (which sometimes doesn't happen in certain airbnbs, where the sheets smell musty and don't give you confidence, and you almost always have to bring your own (this was not the case), and I liked having the living area separated from the beds, so that for example children or whoever wants to can sleep peacefully without so much noise.

Perfect accommodation, great location and the space is very good! Bathroom with a very hot shower, comfortable bed, all faucets with hot water. Very close to Santa Lúcia subway station and many markets nearby.

The stay at Karina's house was great, the apartment was very nice and clean, the highlight of the apartment is the location, right next to the subway, with everything nearby, really perfect. Communication with Karina was great, she always responded very quickly. The building's doormen, all very kind. My family and I spent incredible days in Chile. Super I recommend the apartment.

Lorena was an excellent host and communicated with us straight away. Her apartment was tastefully decorated, beds were comfortable with a large tv in each bedroom. Very comfortable living room , good kitchen and a large dining table. Great value and extremely cosy.

We stayed about 8 days in the apartment, and loved the experience. The property is very close to subway stations, shopping and market, and you can do a lot on foot, it's excellent! The apartment has everything we need for a great stay, such as a stove, microwave and heater! I recommend it!
