Aurinkopaneelijärjestelmä on käytössä, jolla toimii valot ja esimerkiksi puhelimen lataus. Puusauna sekä laituri tikkailla. Veden syvyys laiturin päästä n. 2 metriä. Grilli sekä kaasulla toimiva jääkaappi ja uuni.
