We are 1 km from the city center and the bus terminal, and 6 minutes (by car) from the Thermas de São Pedro. Famboyant's chalet

Chalet with a double sofa bed, a single bed, a private bathroom, and a shared kitchen, only with me, but most of the time I don't stay at the place. I stay in another city. I have my own en-suite bedroom. When I leave, my room is locked. There is a sliding door in the living room where the guest can feel at ease. I don't enter that space. There is a door in the kitchen, which is where I enter and exit. The guest enters through the front door. I am very reserved, and I don't like mess. I help with whatever I can.

Bright, clean rooms, clean decor, quiet neighborhood. City location near ballrooms, colleges (Esalq, odonto), companies (Raízen, Hiunday, Arcellormital, etc.), Thermas Water Park, all easily accessible. There is air conditioning in all the bedrooms. The showers have continuous temperature control. There is a garden area in the backyard along with the kitchen, which is external, shared, very pleasant environment. The backyard is shared. The entrance is a gate in common with my house.
