We really enjoyed staying here! It was nice being closer to the beach and the marina in Psalter Path. it was our first time on the island and even though the weather was not great we had fun. Thanks David for making sure we had some snacks and necessities in the house!

This house was very clean, the view from the back porch was awesome. The house itself was beautiful inside, clean, everything was just perfect. We plan on going back again. We would recommend this place to anybody.

This was my 2nd stay at Paul and Sandys place. I love the location - you can walk down to the private beach area on the bay side and just a short drive to the ocean front and restaurants. The house is always very clean. The bedrooms are a good size and the beds are so comfy. They thought of everything you might need for your stay. I will definitely be coming back again. Thanks for the great vacation.

Stayed here for 4 days for a local wedding at te Beaufort hotel and loved. Most amazing part was being able to bring our dogs. The neighborhood is really quiet(minus the frogs at night; if you arent use to that theres a noise machine!) We loved having a kitchen to cook instead of take out food all the time. Chairs and towels for the beaches wete nice to not have to pack coming from VA. We'll be back !!

Wonderful girls weekend at the beach. 3 of the 4 bedrooms had ocean views. Spent most of our time lounging in the chairs on the decks!

Nothing beats waking up and immediately being able to see the Atlantic Ocean, great location! The kitchen has been recently redone, which was nice and spacious. The back balcony was half roofed so it was a nice place to sit away from the sun to take in the view. It was peaceful and quiet, everyone around us was respectful of everyone else’s surroundings. It was a blessing being able to take our dog with us on this trip. She felt comfortable in the house and fell in love with the beach!

We love staying here. It was our first time Emerald Island and will definitely go back and love to stay at Jessica‘s house. She was very responsive and helpful and the house that everything we needed.

We absolutely loved this Air B&B!! It was beautifully decorated and was even more spacious than the pictures seemed. Erin always responded quickly and we were invited to check in early because the house was ready early, which we really appreciated after driving over 10 hours to NC. Beach views are beautiful!! And you are right on the beach. 10/10 would highly recommend

Our recent stay on the Bella Vita was hands down one of the greatest vacations we’ve had in our 31 years of marriage. The location absolutely perfect, with the boat positioned in a prime spot offering stunning views. You can’t get closer to the water than this! We loved fishing off our own private dock and lounging on it to soak up the sun. The nearby beach was fantastic. The yacht club’s amenities were top notch, including a well equipped gym, awesome grills, a relaxing pool, hot tub and convenient laundry room. Everything was clean and well maintained. We’re already looking forward to our next stay aboard Bella Vita. Highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was peaceful and private with a beautiful view right next to the canal. My kids especially had a blast fishing off the dock — it quickly became their favorite part of the trip. The setting was perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. We would definitely love to come back!

Tickled Pink was the perfect house for our family. I have never stayed in a rental that was stocked so well, kitchen and bathrooms. We always had enough plates, cups and towels. The house and all the activities in the pool area were wonderful for all the grandkids to enjoy. Pool was heated and appreciated on mostly cool days the beginning of June. Location was quiet and the beach not crowded. We had a wonderful stay at Tickled Pink and highly recommend this well managed property. Thank you for making our family vacation a great experience.

Cannot say enough wonderful things to describe Melissa's attention to my family's every needs and questions. I don't do AIRBNB that often and Melissa was so immediate to any questions that we had. Melissa made my family's stay feel pampered and special. My wife and I came in from California to see our Daughters and Grandkids who live near Emerald Isle and we could not have had a better stay. The house was better than the pictures, especially the pool area with the palm tree vibe, we all felt like we were in the tropics. The family spent hours in and around the pool rather than time by the Ocean. The air conditioning during the incredible humidity made meals and down time absolutely the best. The inside space and decorations in each room was perfect. My wife was overjoyed with seeing our family and the house accommodations. Melissa and rental made this old soldier's vacation perfect. The condo was the perfect vacation spot for a couple and our 3 kids. Love the upstairs space & decor. Pool and beach were walking distance. The beach was clean. The area was not overly crowded. Private entrance, safe. Would recommend for a family! Chris was also very responsive & helpful. Thanks for a great family vacation!

Fantastic place to stay on the water in Atlantic, NC

My family had a great stay at this property. Pamela is a wonderful Host! She is very responsive, proactive, and goes all out to make sure you are comfortable. The property is really nice, clean, and has pretty much all you will need...even for the beach! Our kids loved playing in the fenced backyard... and the adults loved sitting in the big rocking chairs watching them play. Thank you so much Pamela for providing all that we needed and doing all that you do for your guest! See you next time!

Caylon’s place was perfect for me and my wife while conducting business locally. Clean, easy to find and quiet…what else could you ask for? Would certainly stay here again. Great host and easy to communicate with.

This was our second stay at Allison’s place, and we plan on making it a regular destination for our family! The location is wonderful, and the home is extremely clean and comfortable. Allison is kind and responsive, making her an excellent hostess!

Absolutely perfect place to stay. Very quiet and close to beach and everything else. The door lock battery was low and I notified them and they were there the next morning to change batteries. Very responsive. Place was very clean. Would definitely stay there again!

The House of the Rising Sun is a wonderful place to stay at Atlantic Beach. Wonderful views, nice 3rd floor kitchen, great decks 2nd and third floor. Bedding very comfortable and bathrooms set up nicely. great storage garage on the first floor with an additional Refrigerator / Freezer. Isaac and Dionna are awesome.

This was a wonderful stay it was close enough to the things we wanted to do (short drive), and out of the way enough that we did not feel overwhelmed with neighbors.
