My wife and I rent out this central and modern apartment. It doesn't get any more central: you sleep in the museum district, within walking distance of the university, downtown and the English Garden! Located directly in the Maxvorstadt, the city's vibrant university district, it is surrounded by the best student cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. Munich's most famous museums are also right next door. At the same time, it is a 5-minute walk directly to Odeonsplatz and the city center of Munich.

Great Studio

Die Wohnung wurde 2019 komplett saniert und neu ausgestattet. Sie liegt im Herzen der Maxvorstadt, umzingelt von schönen Cafés, kleinen Boutiquen, Restaurants und Bars. Sehenswürdigkeiten wie der Englische Garten, Odeonsplatz oder der Marienplatz sind alle in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung besitzt zwei moderne Bäder mit Dusche und Badewanne. Die Betten sind super bequem und bieten Platz bis zu 7 Erwachsenen Menschen. Die Wohnung ist klimatisiert und bietet alles was man so braucht.

Cozy, south facing and modern apartment in the heart of Schwabing-West with a huge balcony. Direct access to the Olympic Park and public transport. Ideal for couples or groups of up to 3 people, nested into a very quiet and yet central street. Chic studio in the center (French Quarter)

The 16 square meter room with bathroom is in Haidhausen, a lively, creative district in the center of Munich. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a few meters away. You are on the first floor with a separate entrance. When you enter the room, you will see the bright bathroom with shower and toilet in front of you, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

The 55 m² apartment is located on the third floor with a wonderful view, aligned to the south with a view into the trees of the courtyard! The apartment has just been newly renovated (August 2020) and has been equipped with high-quality designer furniture. It is a lovingly restored old apartment in which masterful carpentry and upholstery work has been revived and combined with a modern interior.

Mitten im jungen Zentrum Münchens. Ausgehen in coolen Bars, Shoppen in hippen Geschäften, Verweilen in berühmten Biergärten oder Ruhe tanken im größten Park "Englischer Garten". Das und vieles mehr befinden sich alles in unmittelbarer Umgebung, denn mein Apartment befindet sich in urbaner Bestlage. Meine neu renovierte und komplett ausgestattete Wohnung hat viele clevere Lösungen, die auf kleinem Raum eine gewisse Großzügigkeit entstehen lassen.
