Ideal for enjoying a magical place in absolute solitude. An isolated place to disconnect from the anxiety of cell phones and social networks and connect with the simplest and most essential, the river, the mountain, the fire and find yourself.

This tiny house on wheels is fully equipped with everything you might need, so you can enjoy an unforgettable vacation—comfortable and connected with the natural paradise around us. On the same property, there are two more 30 m² cabins and my workspace.

El Manantial. Mountain house

A unique house, with incredible views, located in the Estancia Miralejos viewpoint, 1350 meters above sea level and 30 minutes from the city. It is the possibility of fully experiencing nature with all the amenities and comfort that facilitate the experience of being in the mountains. Access to the ski resort is via an internal road without going through the village, which takes about 40 minutes in good weather. It is important to have a 4x4 vehicle and snow chains in winter.

Kitchen, dining room, living room and full bathroom on the ground floor, and double bed on the mezzanine. Sofa bed in the living room for a third guest. Split hot/cold heating. Private fireplace area, and space to eat and be outdoors. Fiber WiFi with 30mb for your use.

Catorce Rosas is a 20m2 studio apartment, equipped for a maximum of two people, with a kitchen and 1 full bathroom and two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed. It is located in the residential neighborhood Ruca Hue, 12 km (20 minutes) from the center of San Martin de los Andes. It's easy to access. Ruca Hue is a beautiful and quiet neighborhood surrounded by a natural environment and privileged views.

You have to climb 80 steps to get to the cabin, so it's not suitable for people with mobility issues, very old people, or small children.
