The house was very clean and had all the stuff you would normally need during your stay. The location is a bit far from the city proper, so would recommend future guests to bring snacks and other food you can eat upon check-in so you won’t have to go out too often. But should you need to go out without having your own car, it’s easy to book a Joyride car for pick-up from the unit. Ly, the host, was SUPER responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay. She was also very accommodating to our check-in and check-out requests. Our stay was very comfortable and that was all thanks to our amazing host.

Probably one of the cleanest Airbnbs that I've visited. Moreover, my family got along with the host very well because he's very responsive and open. If you do have questions about the area (things to do, where to get supplies, etc.), he'd be more than happy to help. Rating the overall experience with a perfect score. We're definitely coming back.

The best airbnb we stayed at in Naga. The house still feels and looks new, tidy, complete basic amenities, plus the neighborhood is quiet. We also appreciate the flexibility of the host to accommodate special requests.

Overall, the property is good place to live away from home! As the name itself, it’s a farm so expect that is located outside the city! If you’re a nature lover, you’ll love the place. I am expecting that everything is to be provided like bath towel, toiletries, disposable slippers and the likes. However, i found that only limited supplies were at hand. But upon request from the host, the same were provided on time!

The hosts were easy to transact with, even with multiple reschedules, our requests were accommodated. Rooms were sufficient for a big family. A bit far from what we expected from the city proper but not that big of a hassle. All in all, the stay was pleasant even just for 1 night.

I had a fantastic stay at RHM Homestay! The unit was perfectly clean, modern, well decorated, safe, and in a good location. I felt at home and comfortable even though I stayed alone. The host, Ms. Justine, was incredibly responsive and helpful with any concerns I had. She even picked me up at the bus terminal because I arrived early. Perfect example of an excellent resort. This is one of the best resort I have visited till now. Jen and all the staff were very helpful and friendly and always makes sure that we got everything that we needed. The house was well equipped and the furnitures and rooms are very clean. The location is also very easy to find. Just Waze the name of the resort and it will directly lead you there. From the balcony, we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze. It felt like we were just home. The beach has very clean and clear water and such a good place to relax and chill. The scenery by the beach was very beautiful and the view of the sunset was mesmerizing. The private pool area was also very cool and picturesque 😊 The whole area was spacious where you can do a lot of fun activities like basketball, badminton and other beach games Overall this is a fantastic place for a family holiday. Great for group outing and office team buildings too! Will definitely plan for our next stay here ❤️

Jero is very accomodating and he welcomed us in to their home. The communication was seamless since the host was very responsive and considerate. They ensure our stay was comfortable from start to finish. The place was homey and beautiful. We love the peaceful neighborhood. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. We will definitely book this place again.

Jinky’s BnB is superb. The place is new, comfy and very cozy. Staying in the place is very relaxing since it is sorrounded by nature. Kuya Alfred, their caretaker is also helpful in every way. Crave Cacao farmhouse is the perfect place if you want some some peace and quiet. Loved the adjacent dragon fruit farm and cacao orchard leading to the farmhouse! The space is exactly as described. Dino is a great host. Very responsive and thoughtful. Michelle and the other staff were also very friendly and helpful. We really appreciate the complimentary chocolates! Don't forget to stop by the shop to buy good quality Crave Cacao products!

Good host and The caretakers are very helpful, We're a group of 7 so the place is quite Big and Spacious for us, Nice and Clean Pool, they got the Grill for BBQ just bring your own charcoal!.. Amenities are all there, if you're into a typical Filipino Excursion like us They've got the Entertainment for that! Big flat screen TV plus Videoke are provided... otherwise if you want a peace and quiet night the location is great...so overall our overnight stay's worth the money. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sir Ryan is easy to deal with. He is accommodating, helpful and responsive. He also addressed all our queries patiently. So, two thumbs up to Sir Ryan! With regard to the unit, we were overjoyed with its simplicity and cleanliness. We enjoyed our 2-day stay in the unit and we really felt "home" in Naga because of the cozy ambiance inside the house. There's just this minor issue on the water dripping from the aircon. It drips near the front door so it can be uncomfortable to get inside the house. But all in all, it was a great stay! We are definitely recommending this place! 🫡
