Villa vacation rentals in Pigeon Island

This was such a beautiful vacation spot! We had a great time. Alston our driver was very helpful and gave us great recommendations. Flores was extremely helpful and kept the house spotless. We loved the pool and how easy it was to walk right down to the beach. We recommend hitting sugar beach, Rodney bay, and the street party on Fridays! Overall would come back as soon as possible 10/10!

We spent 10 days in Lotus Villa as a family travelling with 3 children (ages 10, 7 and 2) and we couldn’t recommend this place enough. The pool deck area is where we spent most of our time enjoying the incredible views and sunsets whilst the kids splashed about in the pool (which was great and the perfect size!) . The location couldn’t be better because it is super peaceful and private but within 10 minutes of all restaurants and amenities of Rodney Bay. The house is well equipped with everything you need and the bedrooms have air con and blackouts which ensured everyone could have a good night sleep. The TV has Netflix which the kids enjoyed once they got tired of the pool and the WiFi signal worked perfectly too. The hosts, Nelly and Johan were very responsive and ensured we had everything we needed to have the best time. A car is recommended. All in all Lotus Villa is a gem in the Caribbean and we hope we are able to come back again one day!

One of our best Airbnb stays to date! The villa is managed by Anse Chastanet Resort, and the service is truly 5-star. Jonathan, our main contact, went above and beyond to make our trip special. Thank you Jonathan! The villa was ideal for our family: spacious, clean, great airflow, no mosquito issues thanks to screened windows, and fans over each bed. The kitchen is well stocked—we picked up groceries in Soufrière (Massy for produce, W-Mart for meat) and mixed home-cooked meals with dining at the resort. We loved daily visits from Nutmeg, the sweet resident cat. Location is excellent: short drives to Sugar Beach, Sulphur Springs, Tet Paul hike, and Hotel Chocolat. The road to the villa is steep and rocky, so a proper 4x4 is a must. The villa is even better than the pictures, views are stunning, and rain or shine, we enjoyed every moment. Would return in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay here. The views were immaculate and the space felt very cozy. The home came with all of the amenities we could ask for, and the location was great. The privacy was just right, but also in close proximity to amazing restaurants and action within the island. Lorna was a super responsive property manager who assisted with all questions, and secured private transportation for us throughout the entirety of the trip. And she also provided great dining recommendations as well. All around great stay and I’d highly recommend.

This is a fantastic venue, with access to a pool and lots of nearby amenities. We had an incredible time on holiday with our small family. The location was safe and secure as well as lots of helpful information about the locality. It was a fantastic family holiday and a great way to experience St Lucia. Epic holiday and would strongly recommend this place!

House was lovely and comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need (except measuring cups/spoons). Bedrooms and bath rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Neighbors are quiet and hospitable. Outdoor area is nice and hummingbirds are all around. Beautiful view of Rodney Bay.

Our stay in Rodney Heights was wonderful and relaxing. So much space - very warm and inviting with lots of plants, natural woods, and beautiful and comfortable furnishings. Hosts were amazing offering local recommendations, even took us grocery shopping and took us on a drive to give us the lay of the land. Beach was a 20 minute walk. All other walking to restaurants and grocery store were between five minutes and 15 mins. You could’ve stayed the entire time just at the villa so accommodating with a beautiful pool and Jacuzzi side lots of lounge chairs. A covered patio to enjoy the outside even if it rained and just lots of space. Thoroughly enjoyed it!

Khandi and her family were lovely hosts who really took care of us during our entire stay. She has really paid attention to every detail of the house and thought of any and all needs anyone could need during their stay. She is highly responsive and even set up rentals with Shane Boy rentals who was also great to work with ! Thanks Khandi!

Amazing stay! Aly home is beautiful, close to the beach. Aly was also an amazing host and accommodate my group in every possible way.

Our stay at this Marigot Bay villa was excellent! The views were incredible, and the infinity pool was the perfect spot to relax and take it all in. We used the referred chef for a birthday brunch at the villa, and the meal was absolutely fantastic and delicious. On the day of our departure, we also treated ourselves to poolside massages from a recommended massage company, which was a wonderful experience. We did have issues with the electricity during our stay, but it was fixed by the third day. Overall, it was an amazing stay that I highly recommend!

Jon and Joanna made our stay an unforgettable experience! We absolutely loved our stay and the the pictures didn’t do this place justice. Our party loved the breakfast and dinners that were cooked onsite. If you get a chance to have them cook for you definitely do it! The views were absolutely amazing and the staff was so helpful and friendly. David the housekeeper was so nice and helpful throughout our stay. Stanis and Baptist were great drivers. We really appreciated the little gifts that Stanis gave for my birthday. It was a nice touch! I wish that the excursions weren’t so far so we could enjoy the house a little bit more but all and all the airbnb, host, and staff were amazing. 10/10 experience. Thanks for making my 30th one I’ll never forget 😊

My family of 6 stayed here in June 2025. The photos don't do justice to how magical this place feels in person—that Marigot Bay view is absolutely unreal. Every morning I'd sit on the deck with my coffee, watching hummingbirds dart between the flowers while the whole bay sparkled below. Evenings meant rooftop deck time, cold drinks in hand as we watched the sun melt behind those rolling hills. The breeze, the colors, the pure peace of it all—this really is what you picture when you think "Caribbean paradise." The house itself was perfect for us. Clean, comfortable, and very spacious—we could've easily fit a few more people. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos. But honestly? Alicia made the trip special. She helped us plan before we arrived, answering every question and sending thoughtful suggestions during our stay. It felt like having a local friend who genuinely cared about making our vacation special. Every restaurant and activity was perfect for our family.XOXO

Cap Estates is supposedly the Beverly Hills of St. Lucia and that is accurate! Our villa was extremely nice and plenty of space for the 6 of us (3 couples). We spent 8 wonderful nights on the island and it was all of our first times there. They created a text group for us to communicate in advance of our trip and that was helpful! Pearlie was our primary contact while staying at the villa and she was very responsive, nice, and helpful! They recommended a taxi company who can take us to/from where we needed to go. They also work with a private chef (Chef Kayy) who we hired for our last dinner at the villa....she's worth every penny so hire her for at least one dinner while you're at the villa! Get ready for the steep walk up to the front door! But that's par for the course on this very hilly island! Overall, we would highly recommend Djib and this villa as an alternative to the over priced all inclusive resorts on the island!

We were a family of 5 with three school-aged kids and had an incredible stay at the Eye of Marigot. The pool was refreshing, the views were killer, and the house was clean and had everything we needed! Pauline gave detailed instructions and responded quickly to any question we had throughout the booking and stay. And Cornelius could not have been friendlier on our day with him on his boat. We loved the tranquility and beauty of Marigot Bay while not being too far away from everything we knew we wanted to do in the North and South of the island. We highly recommend this team and property!

We loved our stay at the Villa! Being surrounded by the gorgeous views, sights and sounds of nature was just what we needed for our getaway. The open air living areas of the villa are so unique and charming. Alvin and Bibi were incredibly kind, helpful and a pleasure to chat with during our stay. We loved getting daily visits from Lilu the cat too. It's a little tricky to get the the villa, but David's directions were very helpful and my husband loved the challenge of driving on the bumpy roads! We enjoyed amazing dinners by Bibi, at Ladera's Dasheene, Treetops Restaurant and a quick lunch at Big Mama's Restaurant. Thanks for sharing this piece of paradise with us!

Leela Plantation House really is a slice of paradise. From the moment we arrived we all fell in love with the house, garden, pool and that view! We instantly relaxed and had the most amazing holiday in special St Lucia. The house and cottage worked perfectly for our two families, and Bubbles was so kind and always on hand to help us with any questions we had. Being so close to the marina was brilliant - bars and restaurants on a magnificent waterfront. We loved the Naked Fisherman on the beach for Xmas Day lunch, and Israel King Water taxis looked after us so well with fishing and Peton boat trips. Sitting on the veranda in the early morning watching hummingbirds and finches was the most perfect way to start the day and sundowners on the top balcony watching the breathtaking sunsets. Thank you Sheila for all your help and for sharing your beautiful home, we didn't want to leave and would love to return!

Absolutely beautiful location. Great for a family or large group and the hostess is very responsive.

The villa had an amazing view of the bay. It was so peaceful and relaxing to wake up to this view every morning and have a coffee and breakfast on the balcony. We stayed in most nights and cooked the dinner ourselves as we had the best sunset view from our villa. It was great that there was a closed off area on the beach for us with sun loungers that we could use free of charge. Yes, the villa is on top of the hill so probably not for someone with mobility issues but wasn’t problem for us at all. Our flight was in the evening and the host let us leave the luggage with them and pick it up later in the afternoon. They also arranged a bathroom for us to use and take a shower before we leave for the airport which was a bonus. All in all really great stay! Truly recommended if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing place in St Lucia.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Colibri. This place had everything we were looking for, it was peaceful, quiet, and close to nature. It truly felt like paradise. We spent most of the time on the spacious porch with a wonderful ocean breeze. In the mornings, we drank coffee out there, songbirds and hummingbirds would literally be within inches of us. In the evenings, we sat at the table and played board games with all the night sounds in the rainforest. We loved the amazing infinity salt pool, very relaxing! We marveled at the plants and flowers surrounding the villa, such beauty! Everything is well tended to and very clean. Rooms are spacious, beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Razia is an exceptional host and provides you with all the info you need to have a great time at her place! If we get back to St Lucia we would definitely stay here again! Thank you Razia!

Amazing place, looks better in person. private and clean. Hill is a bit steep but that just adds to the exclusivity of the location. Definitely will book again with my group

Absolutely stunning view ! The pictures doesn’t do this place enough justice . The host was always a text or call away & was always going the extra mile to make sure that the stay was perfect. Would recommend to anyone visiting st Lucia

The views from this place are terrific and the house is bigger than it looks. Plenty of room for our group of six, and the high ceilings make the house seem extra spacious. Adeline's Art Cafe across the street is perfect for juice and coffee, and we ordered one breakfast and one dinner in advance. Claudia's Kitchen is a five-minute walk down the hill (completely unmarked), where we also ordered dinner in advance -- a highlight of the week. Canaries, a ten-minute walk down the hill, is the real St Lucia, but it has no restaurants or grocery stores. Marcus's kitchen has plenty of dishes and cookware but only salt and sugar, so stock up on groceries in Soufriere before arrival. Marcus was very helpful about arranging drivers (Ti Kaye was great) but a little slow responding to our messages -- avg. of four hours, acc. to the app. Overall a great base for adventurous travelers who can handle St Lucia's rough roads.

We had a wonderful stay at Bonne View Villa. We rented the upper 3 bedroom unit. Balconies were perfect to view the full moon eclipse and stargazing. Villa is spacious and airy, bed rooms were individually air conditioned. Pool was amazing! This was a huge plus to this rental. We rented a vehicle from the host at a preferred rate. There is lots to do in the area-shopping, beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, large marina. If you have a vehicle rental the whole island is there to discover. Roger, our host was available to us at all times and is a very personable man. We enjoyed our interactions with him and wouldn't hesitate to rent from him again. We highly recommend his rental.
