A total of three bedrooms on the ground floor and 1st floor can accommodate up to eight people. The centerpiece: a light-flooded 77 sqm living/dining/cooking area under the roof – with a large table & four sofas. Ideal for families, nature lovers & small breaks. Note: Not suitable for those allergic to animal hair. For those seeking peace and quiet. Non-smokers. Without TV. No parties. No pets.

This organic house is the larger of the two neighbouring holiday homes (both can be booked together for up to 7 people, see also ‘Lichtberg 2’). It is located in a completely rural idyll and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway). It has been optimally renovated with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 small child who want to enjoy the high altitude above the Moselle valley. Family-friendly house in a quiet location with a garden directly on the river. For guests of up to eight people, the vacation home offers enough space for the whole family including pets. The garden, which is not visible from the outside in summer, invites you to cozy barbecue evenings on the gas grill on the terrace directly adjacent to the dining and living rooms. Two comfortable sofa beds and a 75-inch smart TV ensure cozy evenings. Prime Video is available for free.

Quaint half-timbered house 200 m from the Moselle bank Pünderich

Historic half-timbered house from 1570. It is located in the center of Pünderich. Bakeries and various restaurants are within walking distance. The house has a large covered terrace, and in the basement, there is a wine refrigerator stocked by the winemaker – nothing stands in the way of a cozy wine tasting. The house is fully furnished with everything you could need. We are there regularly with friends or friends. Prices include cleaning and the Airbnb fee.

We didn't have the heart to tear down Grandma Hilde's house. So we renovated the house for 1 year and got as much charm as possible. Enjoy your own hideaway with a large sun terrace, the old half-timbered but modern facilities. The house is at the narrowest point of Starkenburg, so that you can enjoy the distant view towards the Mosel river and the beautiful Ahringstal.
