Our lovely flat has a huge living room, a room with a double bed and babycot and a second bedroom with a queen size bed and single bed. Our kitchen is high quality and modern with all amenities. The area is quite but very close to the city center, either with the tram (10 min) or a nice walk along the Elbe river (30 min). Bakery, grocery store and playgrounds are very close by. We have a trampoline in the backyard. The flat is perfect for a couple or a family with (small) children.

You sleep in a wonderfully large bed (160 cm x 200 cm) or on a cozy box-spring couch (permanent sleeper). End the day with a glass of wine on your balcony. Trachenberger Platz is the center of the Pieschen district with a supermarket, kebab shop, bakery, butcher, etc.

In addition to the combined living/bedroom with bed (140 cm bed) and couch, you have a second bedroom with a 160 cm bed, as well as a single bed with 80 cm width in the bed box. So you don't have to do without the family bed even on vacation. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, a functional bathtub and a cozy balcony to the courtyard with a gas grill.

The kitchen is integrated in the living room. There is also a dining table, a sofa bed and a television armchair.
