Little Owl Cottage

Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

Its central location will allow you to be close to all amenities and tourist places. Whether it's for a tourist or business stay, you've found the right place. Transportation, shops, cafes, restaurants and stores are just around the corner. Paid Eiffage underground parking is located under the apartment.

Come and enjoy the calm of the Limousin countryside in a pleasant little studio house. The accommodation includes a kitchenette, shower room, room with a 140 bed and dining area. The small house is heated with a wood burning stove. Guests can relax on the terrace. The property has a large garden. The house is 12 km from the A20 highway and 30 minutes from Limoges. For two-wheeled travelers (bicycles, motorcycles) I have a barn to shelter them.

The house includes a bedroom upstairs, 140 bed, on the ground floor a 160 sofa bed, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen, towels, bed linen provided.

You can also fish on the pond.

Quiet, 1 min from the A20 highway, independent studio in the basement of our house including: washer and dryer, microwave, TV, stove, fridge, coffee maker. Sofa bed (new and comfortable mattress) 160 x 200. On request can be provided free of charge: baby cot, baby sheets and our garage can be used as a storage place if needed. Ideal for short stays or overnight stays on the way to vacation.
