Also search "Boatel California" - right next to us. We call this a "Boatel" because it is a like a "Floating Hotel" or a large RV on the Water. Plenty of room to sleep and relax. You will get to experience living on a boat, but since it is always attached to the dock you will never have to worry about sea sickness! Our home is always kept super clean and has very comfortable beds, couches, and outdoor furniture. We live in the middle of everything great Ventura has to offer, but on a very lightly traveled side street that is very quiet at night. We live very close to Ventura's beautiful beaches and right around the corner from some great restaurants and bars. Ventura Permit #: 2284.

The cottage is VERY small (think Tiny House) but with all the comforts and amenities. The bedroom has a full bed that sleeps a couple, the den has a fold down twin with a memory foam topper stored underneath, extra linens in the dresser. The treehouse is a SMALL separate structure with a twin bed and a small deck. It is a regular twin, not extra long so is best for a child or Not- Too-Tall adult. It is heated, has WIFI and a wonderful view but not its own bathroom.

This was an easy win in my book. it can be hard to find places that feel safe and comfortable but this was definitely one of them. mind you, I was rarely at the hall - only in the mornings and at night as I had packed days while visiting California. I would stay here again if given the chance.

Mary is very hospitable and wonderful person , she met me and showed everything i needed , the house is beautiful , clean , the place where it located is very quiet, in addition the bed is sooooo comfy i slept like a baby, i even woke up once for few seconds because of my full bladder but immediately fell asleep again :D mattress won in battle with my bladder

The home was pristine—very clean, beautifully decorated, and had a super comfortable layout. The beds were extra cozy with plenty of extra bedding. The kitchen was well-stocked and organized. We loved that the hot tub was sparkling clean and every window had coverings (not always the case!). Tons of towels for both showering and the hot tub. Toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided in each bathroom. The neighborhood was quiet and cute, yet close to great restaurants. No over-the-top checkout rules—unlike some Airbnbs that charge cleaning fees and still expect a chore list. Best of all, the hosts even shipped back our forgotten laptop. Highly recommend!!!

A near perfect stay for a family! With access to the beach and cute little books and toys-- an inspiring interior and a chefs kitchen it was just such an awesome stay! Also the beds are SOOOOO comfortable with quality linens and pillows memory foam on even the kids beds-- dimmers everywhere-- chargers! The whole 9 yards. We would gladly book again and recommend this place!
